Lisa is the best! She helped me so quickly and was super friendly along the way. I love working with Smile. Bonus: my customers are loving this loyalty program. It all runs very smoothly and Smile's customer support is always there when you need them.

The team was very supportive in assisting me setting up the app with a few errors I had made. They even gave advice on Shopify theme code issue which was really helpful.

Customer service is always fast and helpful. The app itself would be more helpful if it wasn't so expensive for key features such as allowing rewards to expire and being able to send reminder emails to use rewards (these automations don't cost the developers anything, but they sure do charge for it!)

This app is great. Works well for what we currently need with social media and reviews reward. We had an issue with one of our other apps and support was great in fixing the issue.

I am immensely grateful for the exceptional service provided by the Smile.io team. Their assistance in handling my requests for downloading and sending information from the points transactions on a weekly basis was truly remarkable. The promptness of Eza, Joana, Maggie, Lynn, Andreandana, and others in sending the points and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information was highly commendable.

Karen was very helpful, and the app has been great so far.

I encountered an issue with the referral program, but Lynn promptly assisted me in resolving it within minutes. Highly recommended!

We have been very pleased with Smile running our Coffee Perks reward program. We have used it for over 2 years. The integrations are great as well which helps us be more productive in answering customer issues. We are getting ready to push out the referral program to drive loyalty.
