We had nothing but issues with 3 other Loyalty Programs, and are so happy to say that Smile is the only app that ticks every box we need (and what we believe is the absolute fundamental features of a loyalty app to engage customers during purchasing and checkout). Great app with lots of features. The support team is great, we made a mistake leaving the rewards program on during migration and had to remove all the points from the old customer orders. App does not support post-purchase upsell points, they do not count towards the total automatically and need to be added manually to every order, what a joke!! Also, the app does not retroactively add points for previous orders a person made before you installed the app. Thank you for taking the time to share with us your concerns. I have sent you a follow up email directly to understand exactly what you want to do and explore other possible solutions.

Malísimo. Su servicio sí da puntos, pero la gente no puede usarlos. Y al abrir el caso con soporte, más de 24 horas y nadie es capaz de responder el chat. Más de 3 días y nadie responde por correo.

My shop runs Smile rewards and I love how easy it is to use. They also have an excellent customer service team on stand-by to answer all my questions. Amazing response time and friendly service.
