After investigating nearly a dozen different loyalty programs, I settled on a couple to test out, based on stellar reviews. Both had similar features, but in terms of pricing and support, Smile was the clear winner. The team has gone out of its way to be helpful, which is a huge factor when you're running a small business that processes a lot of transactions. Helpful & prompt customer service. The app is working well for us at the moment (we are on the free plan), but there is a small issue with guest nudge referrals not working. Apparently this is to do with the new Shopify checkout and Smile are working on a fix to this.
