Very happy with the support! They go above and beyond and are very responsive.

Good app but doesn't allow for free shipping for members as an option so I had to add another app to facilitate this. Staff were helpful.

The few times I have had to speak/write with the staff at Smile have been nothing but exceptional. They really are there to help and made sure all my concerns and/or issues were resolved. It is very nice to still see some companies out there will great customer service. Best, Mike Brown

Smile is a great app for reward points! Set up was easy and it only took a minute to import my coupon codes for the discount rewards. I downloaded other apps for loyalty reward points but they do not have the option to follow social media pages for extra points. I can't wait to see the results.

Overall Smile has been a great company/app to install and work with, I trialled a few different apps before happily settling on Smile. We've had over 2000 orders influenced by the rewards in the short time we've had the program. Customer service has been amazing, working with Hannah on a few small things and she has been a gem to talk with, she really is 1 in a billion to talk to! So helpful!

Been using Smile for awhile. everything works like what I wanted. Satisfied. and would like specifically give a 5 star rating to Hannah who reply me in a fast manner and got my problem solved immediately.

Excellent customer service for an issue that I had with a Shopify update that moved things around on me! Got it all worked out quickly! Thank you!

Still need some help on the customer side with enrollment / customer finding thier share link to share with other clients. This really needs to be more visible and promoted somehow..more bolder / bigger. I am sure in time this will work out better

Joana was very friendly while helping to resolve my issue and managed to get everything sorted very quickly :)

I recently spoke to Shelby through the live chat feature on the app. They were quick to provide an answer along with sending screenshots to ensure we were both on the same page visually.
