Smile Rewards program is a game changer! We have been using them for over 4 years and we have never had any issues with Smile. Overall it's a good app. I like the ability to choose the way rewards are earned and spent so that it can be catered best for my company. Excellent customer service, which is so rare these days!! App is super easy to use for both the shop owner as well as the customer. One thing I'd like to point out is that if your store is receiving more than 200 orders per month (which I hope it is), then it's worth the monthly fees to upgrade to the paid level. Love this app!
