The app is generally very easy to use with a decent UX, although Smile's customer service is incredible. Lynn has been very helpful and super responsive, assisting us with any errors that we've come across or questions we've had. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review! Had an issue that took a few days to fix but customer service was very helpful and eventually fixed the issue. Will definitely recommend them every time. Thank you for your review, we appreciate your words. This has been internally escalated and we are hoping for a fix soon!

Smile makes creating a rewards program easy! They also helped me to figure out how to implement one for my in-person pop-ups.
