Great app for having an intuitive and efficient loyalty and referral program. I’ve been using it for years. The customer service is very responsive. However, the price is very high, in my opinion, and I’m frustrated that I can’t access all the features (notably the one to redeem points at checkout) in French. For now, it’s only available in English… Thank you for your review and feedback, we really appreciate it. One of the team has reached out and this will be looked into further by our internal team.

We've used Smile for a while and customers appear to enjoy the rewards on offer. However it's their support service which is really great for us - we had questions around how to optimise our programme and we were shown lots of quick, easy ways to surface the programme on site... with no coding required!
