We love this program! It's very powerful and effective in actually getting people to sign up and use their rewards points. We've tried other reward programs, but are definitely happiest with Smile!

This is just amazing app. I highly recommend. but monthly fee is little bit expansive I think. generally just amazing app.

Hell Yeahhhh ... This rewards program is awesome .. Generating LOTS of customer interest and interactions .. Even with just using the full features of the free plan we have generated a handful of sales and its only been live on our site for 3 days .. Cant wait to tinker with this and can not see any reason not to go for the paid option soon to utalise even more great features ..

We are running an online cake store and just started using Smile weeks ago. Our customers are happy about it and they are encouraged to follow our social media (facebook and instagram) on top of purchasing. They love the loyalty program.

This is one of the very few companies that go above and beyond to make the customers happy. Roel answered my support ticket and changed my checkout to work the way we needed it within 10 minutes. No kidding, and even though it might not be part of how the software should have worked, they didn’t even charge me for it. While we are running from one app to another because the apps don’t work and the support is totally missing, this is the example on how it should be in a perfect world. Thank you Roel and Smile.io to make this world a little more perfect!

I'm excited to get Smile humming on our site. We've had it live for about a month now and have been pleased with the initial results. The support to get the app live was fantastic, and they've provided prompt support when I've needed help (mad props to Elli!).

We created our loyalty program with Smile. Our customers love it and the design is very easy for them to understand and navigate. I was experiencing trouble “spending” points through the POS but Maggie found the issue and fixed it for me within minutes! Very helpful customer service, definitely recommend. Thanks again, Maggie!

Love this, however we can't afford anything at the moment as we're recently starting up. The free option is great, an improvement would be perhaps to put somewhere like cheaper options to pay for Smile. Overall great app though :)

This app was very easy to set up. It has great features and is easy to navigate. I would recommend it.

Writing this review based on the setup process. . . we are just implementing, and we'll see how it goes. Maggie was a great help in walking me through final setup tweaks via Chat. Great to have someone there live to check to make sure you're good to go live! So far so great!

I am using this app to manage my rewards program. Set up is easy and the reward management is great. I am very happy with this app and highly recommend it.

I have used this app for a couple weeks now and both I and my customers really like it! It is easy to set up!

This would have been great if there was a way to create a separate landing page or direct link to the program. only offering a pop up form doesn't fly. I cannot have the widget on every screen.

I just added this app today (8 October 2018) so I do not have much experience with the app. That being said, I find it much easier than some I've tried. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. The navigation is easy to follow. In short, the app is intuitive. One issue I have was that I wanted to give my existing customers credit for joining the rewards program and found that I had to do this one by one. It would be nice if there were some kind of bulk editor that could do this in a single step. As I gain more experience with the app, I will return to either upgrade to 5 stars or downgrade to 3 stars. I won't know until I have working experience with it. For now, I can't see why 5 stars would be the next move.

I spent 2-3 hours looking for and testing all other options for mainly a rewards app for our store. After testing all of them I found Smile.io to be the best. The UX and features available for the free plan were by far the best from all other options. We are very happy so far after using this app for close to a week now. Also, the added benefit of the referral program make this a game changer. I've been looking for something like this for a long time now and happy that smile.io has created this. Thank you!

This application was okay, but when they opened up the inter gratis season it became a great application...now it’s worth the cost

This is a great program. The interface is very intuitive and well designed. We have used a few different apps but this one stands out!

I would enjoy this app more if there was a few additions. Balances should print on the receipt. Before a new transaction there should be a prompt to add the customer to the sale on shopify POS to prevent staff from forgetting.

Smile.io is a great platform - easy to use, easy to set with a wide range of graphic and reward/referral options. We implemented it into our shop easily, and it started generating some buzz immediately. Also, customer support is great and responsive, so +1 for that (cheers for Maggie!).
