I use this app to help us with getting more customers. It works Great. I would highly recommend it to customers.

App and customer service are both great. Maggie has been very responsive and helpful~ I look forward to all the new features :)

We are still reviewing how this app delivers value for our business. I will upgrade to five stars after we gain some traction. So far we are happy and the team set us up over a video conference call.

This app could be great with a few modifications. 1. The launcher icon is obtrusive and is on every screen of every page. There needs to be an option to choose what pages it displays on and for how long or have the "X" icon that will let customers dismiss it so its no longer on the screen. 2. There needs top be a way to disable the launcher button, but still allow customers to sign up and view/redeem rewards using a link or web address instead. It needs a link that can be set to a landing page instead of the launcher widget. 3. If the widget is set to the right side of the screen, my customers can't checkout because the launcher widget stays on top blocking the checkout button.

Smile.io has been great. Easy to setup again. We had changed to a different rewards system but changed back as we prefer the additional visibilty of this program. When we had an issue with customizing our notification, support was quick to help, so big shoutout to Roel. A few things that we would love to see added are the ability to award customers points when they have spent a certain amount or have made a certain number of orders. Also awarding customers for Instagram tags and Pinterest follows and pins from the site and being able to customize the fonts in the launcher so it matches our brand better. Also a big issue to fix in the referral program. There needs to be a way to stop customers from referring themselves on a different email address.

We have not used their app in months live on our site and they're still charging us! Want refunds. 9/11/2018 UPDATE NO REFUND YET!! FOR MONTHS OF SERVICE NOT BEING USED AND HELPED WITH. 9/12/2018 TOTAL refusal to refund or make this right with us. They say they could not find any emails from us so it's our fault. Maggie does not seem to care about the reputation of the app at all and would rather not help us. They are not trying to work with us at all for an end result. At this point, money would be there only goal and I would not recommend working with them. They are a very pricey app to be this unhelpful.

Still starting out but I feel that with this rewards app, I am a lot more connected to my customers and I hope that they feel the same way. Thank you!

SCAM...Just observed lot of spurious sign ups, just checked the paid app, it is based on the sign-ups..Biggest SCAM in shopify apps...Reporting this app, right away and uninstalling.

We started this app to hone in on some repeat customer business and really give back to the customers that have been with us from the start... Could not be happier...seriously...The ability to reward has enhanced our customer relationships like nothing else. Maggie helped us out with our migration from Big Commerce and settling into Shopify. She also got us right where we need to be with our plan. Thank YOu Maggie

Maggie is fantastic in customer service. If you have an issue, she gets it fixed immediately. Great app, it does generate alot of return customers!

I haven't really had a chance to fully use the app as yet but it was fairly easy to set up and when I ran into trouble I used the chat option to speak to Maggie who literally resolved the issue in two minutes.

I love the benefits of this app, I am using the free version for now (new store), but I am confident this will help drive more customers, and increase conversions. I had a small issue today, that just happened to fix itself as I was talking with Maggie on chat. She was really helpful, friendly, and had a welcoming tone. I asked a few questions, and she helped me with everything, in less than5mins. I love it! I will be reviewing again once I get conversions, which I know I will!

I enjoy the features of this app. As a family business, it is helpful to have a free option for a loyalty program as our business grows.

Smile is an AMAZING App!. What I LOVE the most is: 1. There's tremendous flexibility to be creative in finding ways to engage customers through Rewards that are not only monetary. 2. The content they published is top notch in terms of helping one understand the many possibilities as well as the psychology behind a successful rewards program. I'm "devouring" their ebooks and blog posts 3. Their Support team is phenomenal! I've worked very closely with Elli Whener and she's been instrumental in the success of my implementation.
