Smile.io support is top notch! Roel was super responsive and extremely helpful. He helped walk me through some challenging html code changes and, with his help, I successfully implemented the changes I wanted to make.

Never had a chance to launch it. Was told I could offer a Points per Product program before I signed up but after signing up and downloading app I was informed I could only do a Points per Dollar model. Sorry. Not Smiling

I love this app. It's a great way for me to get my business exposed using their customer rewards program. It was so easy to set up and use and I look forward to seeing what it does to attract customers to my site!!

This is awesome. I can't believe I didn't find it sooner. I wish they had a link you can send out I am not sure if they do for people to sign up for your loyalty program, maybe I am missing it. But its great sign up on my site https://MajorLeaguePets.com

Still figuring everything out in regards to the API but the basic setup is great and our customers are already loving it. Support has been very active with us, a big thanks to Shaun, Roel, and Lauren for their quick responses and excellent demeanour.

Still exploring everything the app can do for us, but so far so good! The support team (especially Maggie and dev Roel) are super supportive - ha! Very attentive and helpful.

I'm using the free version of the app. I just had a customer place an order put they didn't receive any points for the action. I adjusted their total. But why didn't they get the points? I sent the developer a question and in less than an hour they had looked into what had happened and fixed it for me. Great customer service.

So far so good. Have been using the app for about 3 months now, seems to be working well. Quite a few people have signed up and even one coupon was sent out (and redeemed almost immediately!). Easy to set up and appears to be easy for customers to use. Would definitely recommend for anyone using shopify that wants an easy way to encourage accounts, reviews and social shares...and reward loyal customers.

THIS APP DOES NOT WORK FOR IN-STORE REDEMPTIONS. If you are a Shopify store owner and want to find an omni-channel solution for loyalty points, do NOT use Smile. It's become a huge hassle for our team as the customer points show up as "error" when trying to redeem.
