This is a very cool app and our customers seem to really enjoy using it. It also intergrates well and looks very professional. More importantly, its made the reward system pretty fun to use and feel like a game. Definitely a good way to build customer loyalty and further interaction.

I've been using this app for over a year, starting with my Big Commerce account, now I have migrated over to Shopify. I needed to contact support to download a CSV file of my customers & their loyalty points to upload on Smile App on Shopify - worked great, just had to change a column name to "points" from "Points_Balance". Also, I needed to find a way not to offer my wholesalers loyalty points for their purchases and it pretty easy. When you set up your "earnings" points rules, click save, then on same page a section will come up with "Earning Conditions". Just add click drop down with "Customer tags" and then choose in drop down, "has none of" and then type "wholesale" or whatever word you used to tag your wholesalers in Shopify, click save and you're done. I saved this earnings condition on every earning rule so wholesalers can't get points for orders, social media shares, and birthdays... Elli helped me via email and was so quick! Thanks Smile app :)

Basic referral functionality doesn't limit to first-time customers. Referrals can't be offered as point values, and aren't fully integrated with the point earning/spending experience. Their support team misunderstands issues right and left, leaving me with 9+ email chains to troubleshoot simple problems.

Best app I've downloaded for my store. Easy to use and integrate. Stellar customer support. Just an excellent product. I enjoy this more and more all the time.

Roel is great and the support is unmatched. He is very quick to respond and has even created customizations for me on the fly. Much appreciated. Beyond that the app itself it visually and functionally pleasing to use and really helps incentivize our customers to remain engaged and active. Bonus feature is the referral option!

So far so good... had a few hiccups in the beginning, but did an online chat with Roel and he fixed me right up. Was patient with me... and that's saying a lot because I had no idea what I was doing. Very helpful, very nice. Program works nicely so far. For the most part.. I am reviewing the help I received with setting it up. Time will tell on the actual program itself. 2 thumbs for service! Great Customer support! Had a glitch on how our "Sweet Rewards" button was showing on mobile and Maggie took care of it very fast! I also had questions about the plans and where to customize and was provided with the details I needed to make our program more branded.
