A very simple-to-use, effective customer loyalty programme. Integrates well with our store and we have plenty of customers using it. I love the recent integration with Judge.Me and we've seen our number of reviews significantly increase as a result of being able to offer rewards for product reviews. We had a slight issue recently and Roel was great, prompt and very patient in helping us sort things out. Would recommend this app to anyone looking to build a loyalty programme!

Great product and add-on for small, up and coming e-commerce business. Excited on how this will affect my sales.

We upgraded to the small business plan and now have a launcherless loyalty program which has minimised the amount of distracting elements on our website. With the help of Roel from support, we were able to integrate just how we wanted. I don't think there's another loyalty program that compares to Smile.

We don't usually leave reviews for apps. We gave this app about a year on the Small Business plan. It didn't come cheap, but the results are starting to show. We integrated the app with our review app (yotpo) and they work great together. We love our customers and we want them to feel the love as well. This app is a great way to show it. Gets our customers more involved than your typical coupon. Thanks Smile.io

This is an edit of a previous review I left a few days back. I was unhappy about some aspects of the platform, and felt the lack of certain functionality was stopping me from gaining traction with my program. Instantly Smile's head of technical support contacted me to address these issues and present solutions to all the concerns. A few days later we've implemented a number of changes, and credit where it's due, Smile have been superb in their response. Thanks!

Great Customer Service and very easy to work with.

Does just what we need, easy to use, and has good integrations. We have already seen an uptick in sales because of this, plus we have people tell us now that they would rather buy on our store than on Amazon because they get reward points. Highly recommended.
