The perfect loyalty programme

Smile.io so far is a very good app so far, which adds up a lot to an e-shop and keeps customers very happy! It would be an extra benefit, if all the users of the app get informed when there are changes and updates in the app, so that we can take advantage of the new stuff. But generally I'm very content. And Lynn from customer service was very fast and very helpful when I had some problems with the app. Keep up the good work!

The app is awesome! Complete features and good customization (a bit limited in the basic plan). But the best thing support, they assist you very fast and efficiently.

I’m about to launch my Smile rewards and referrals program in a couple weeks and I’m pretty psyched. Setup has been easy and the team at Smile that I’ve been in contact with (Fiona, Maggie, and Tyler) have been super helpful in helping me customize certain aspects to my needs. It feels like every feature you’d need to have is already built in or there’s an easy workaround to get it the way you’d like. Highly recommended thus far, and not expecting that to change at all once the program is fully operational. 5 stars!!

So far, so good! Excited to see how this app words for my online store! Had a tiny bit of an issue setting up as I missed something but I used the online chat option and Maggie was able to help me figure it out in minutes! Definitely amazing customer service!

So far so good! Just switched from another loyalty program that I thought was great, didn't think this one would be 10 times better! Highly recommend!

I think this is the #1 app shopowners should be using for discounts. No email opt-ins, no wheelio, but this reward program. It was a 5 minute setup, the free plan has all the feutures you need, looks very, very clean on your webshop too. I thought the integrations with fb sharing, email referral, tweeting and instagram follow would be slow and distracting customers to other pages, but it's not. It works perfectly fine and not distraction on both mobile and desktop. I'll report in a month a new review about how the results it got me, a this is very easily trackable with the included analytics inside the app.

Good app, been using it for a couple of years now. Handles itself which is great and customers use it very often. Had some trouble and contacted their support, Maggie fixed the issue for us no problem. Didn't link us to some complicated documentation for us to follow, just went silent for a few minutes and came back saying it was all fixed. Highly recommend.

Perfect for my shop and customers. No more sending freebies or discount codes, now they have to earn them through a point system. :D
