Smile does make you smile. It is definately one of my favorite aps. Easy to install. Fun for the clients. It has improved shopping morale for sure.

I enjoyed using this app because it was simple to create a rewards program. I also think the user-facing app on the website looks really professional, simple and fun. Super easy to use to reward program!

Smile is an amazing app with a lot of functionality to reward your customers. It integrates with other apps, so I can also reward people for leaving reviews through Stamped.io as well. While I haven't needed too much from them, their support has been amazing when I couldn't quite figure out what I was doing, they guided me to where I needed to be.

Love this app for so many reason. Intelligently use Shopify's admin interface, easy of user, many options for the price. This app, however, could be even better if the referral can take more than just first time referral. Extend the referral commission than it would be an enterprise app

The app seems fairly easy to use but I noticed that rewarding someone for "sharing" on social media is pointless. It only requires them to click on the "share to facebook" or whatever and does not actually require the person to share. Its a way to rack up false points.

I use the app to begin a customers rewards programs. Very easy to use and the free plan is perfect for those just starting out.

THE TEST EMAIL DOESNT WORK SO NOT SURE IF ANYTHING ELSE WILL. DELETING THE APP NOW MAKES NO SENSE IFI CANT SEE WHAT THE EMAIL LOOKS LIKE

I use this app for my customers to obtain points for loyalty and also for the referral incentive. It has been awesome. The only thing I dislike is that a lot of customers have internet explorer and when using that browser, they are unable to sign up by opening the rewards icon on our home page.

Great app! Just wish you develop the integration with Klaviyo and ReCharge to be even more advanced, lots of folks will be happy if you keep adding new features with those apps!

unfortunately you can't integrate with anything unless you pay $50 , bit of a joke really, how can a new store get going like this?

Great little app for a medium traffic sized site (free plan) can upgrade if you have a lot more traffic on your site/more options to choose from like the VIP options for customers, it was easy to install and we had it setup within minutes. We are running the Responsive theme from outofthesandbox and no issues so far! The Free plan has a handful of options for customers to earn points such as friend referrals, social media likes/shares etc, could not ask for more from a free app! Keep up the good work

Seemed easy enough. For a free app it has simplicity and great design. Navigation was simple.overall a easy to do design.

I love this app! I can’t believe how easy it is to implement and use. I was really pleasantly surprised by how many features even the free plan has - it is fully operational. I had a family member test it out for me before I officially announced the launch and she loved how easy it was as a customer to sign up. As someone who isn’t overly techy she felt it was really intuitive. I just launched today, and I look forward to seeing how it impacts by return business. Thank you for making such a fantastic app!

Love it! Lots of great perks for my customers. I was able to customize the pop up to fir the theme of my store and the notifications allow my clients to see their rewards allotment with one click!

We were looking for ways to distinguish ourselves in the cosmetics sector. Since we can't at this time compete with the larger companies on marketing spend, we instead focus on building one-on-one, genuine relationships with anyone who's interested in their health and skincare. Smile was chosen an extension of our strategy to help us reward our clients for their loyalty and support. So far, we love their app, their customer service, and their super-impactful blog. Furthermore, it's helped us become successful at converting prospects since we can reward them just for joining our email list. We hope the keep up the great work for us merchants!!

What a great app. There are so many products out there but this is by far the easiest and simplest for updating, viewing and simple metrics. I just wish there was a slightly cheaper option for small business like me. Thanks Louise

Does anybody know if the points can expire? I haven't tried it yet because we need this feature before we make any decision. Can anybody help me?

Simple and easy to setup. Gives you everything you need in the free option when just starting out. Excited to see how the points and referral program work.

Customers received an email with notification of rewards but they say they can not use their points earned... so??? it is useless, doesnt work for its purpose

Love it so easy to use, one of the better apps I have downloaded does exactly what it says it does.

Love this app! It seems like more functions were added recently too which is awesome. The only thing I wish would be changed back is for the pop up launcher to show text on mobile phones again instead of just an icon. The text was what made people click on it in my opinion and the majority of my customers are on mobile devices.
