Just in the FREE plan, you will have everything you need and more. Including an Awesome Design! We was really looking for a program with good graphic design and Smile.io is the best. We had a minor issue with a css tag in their end, but we received support very fast by Elli, she gave us FREE access to a feature that is only available in the paid plan but she knew that it will fix our problem. How awesome is that? In Smile.io we have a support team almost 24h ready to help us with any issue that may come. After trying the FREE plan for some time, we decided that such a great customer support team, features and design deserve nothing less (from a committed company) than jumping into a more Advanced plan and make our customers smile big! PS: We are not getting paid to make this review. We're just too happy with Smile.io

They fixed a problem for me quickly I am happy with them. I just wished they had a rewards for a customers birthday

Great app, especially the free version. Lots of functionality and looks very sleek. Much better than other reward apps available.

I have Smile.io set up to pay out rewards in levels $5, $10 & $25 but it will only pay $5 at a time and only one per purchase. Also, lately it won't connect to my POS so I end up giving the customer a $5 discount to keep them happy. Support isn't available before I go into work and I'm a small business owner with little availability during the day. There's no email address where I can send my concerns.

Great app and fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting to increase revenue.

This is app is great, I am opening my first Ecommerce store and finding this has made my day! super easy to use.

It works great so far! Very simple to use, and it's practical for some sellers like me who has small budget but wants to get more functions.

I can't redeem the customers points at point of sale. I can see the dropdown in Shopify POS that says "redeem this customer's points" but all it does is show me the customer and how many points. It doesn't give me the option to redeem. I then have to go to the website (time consuming for the customer) and pull the code and type it in. Please fix this.

Simple setup, and a great way to drive more traffic to my store while rewarding customers. Highly recommend adding this app.

I like this app, I wish there was another plan level between the free plan and the $50 plan. Maybe $14.99 per month for those who are just starting out.

I am a month or so into using this app and it's definately worth it. It was easy to get going and my customers have fun using it. It definately creates customer loyalty and enthusiasm.

I know $59 to a new small business may seem hefty and alot, BUT I highly recommend this because the instant we launched this on our women's clothing boutique site as well as in-store, we saw immediate results! Our clients love the ease and use of this app, along with how well it integrates with Shopify. I love we can personalize/customize the look of it as well as how user friendly it is for those who may not be savvy with the latest technology how-tos. Give this app a try!

Awesome app for those wanting to reward loyal customers. Easy to use, lovely design and great customer service. They get back to me super fast when I have an issue or need help with something. Maggie helped with my most recent glitch and took great care of me. The issue was resolved within minutes. Even MORE amazing that they offer a free plan in addition to the paid option. Highly recommend!

This app is perfect for getting verified customer reviews of products and creating returning customers through its rewards features. We have the free version and it's everything we were hoping for! The app is very easily customized which is important for a non-techie shop owner like me! I am able to manually adjust rewards points, add/delete customer accounts, and can set any rewards earning/redeeming schedule I want with ease. Very nice!

Super easy to set up and syncs really well! Do wish we could add more of our own REWARD points in the free version. Happy so far!

So far, so good. Installation and customization was a breeze! Excited to see how this helps us to activate our customer base and get them really excited!

Customer service sucks. Sat on chat for 22 minutes before giving up. App isn't integrating with Shopify sales when customers try to use their reward codes. They can see that they have a reward and they get a code, but I have to issue a refund for them to get the discount. Not cool.

Amazing updates this year! Thanks so much for allowing more customization to the layout/position of the launcher. The ability to hide the launcher on certain pages is also a very important feature for mobile store displays. Customers were having difficulty being able to click "add to cart" on a product because of the launcher placement on product pages. Thanks a ton; great app!
