We are on the free plan at the moment. Our only problem is that it takes time for the pop up to arrive when the page is loaded, but that might be our fault. We also with there would be more ways to earn points... But the app is free, and so far it is great. Definitely try it out!

So Far so Good, Really helpful Staff. Responsive to all my questions starting up our loyalty. The is our first time running a loyalty program and worried about how to transition our customers without giving too much. Was deciding between Sweettooth and Loyalty Lion, even though Loyalty lion had more features, we felt that location being in the states, mobile version was more fluid and refined, and overall eagerness to help answer all our questions Sweettooth was the better choice. And we are so far happy with our decision.

So Far so good, I have spent this morning setting up and adding bulk discounts which can be found and explained by a video tutorial. I am now manually adding additional points to my big spending customers. We have without this app got a huge loyal following and returning purchasers, hopefully, this will increase my social share and attract new loyal customers to come on join us on our Rew clothing journey. Well two days in and my customers are loving it will keep updating, I have also just installed the YOTPO review app to work along side the loyalty program.fingers crossed this brings in new and more revenue. This is a mixed review. I absolutely loved it but very reluctantly had to uninstall. During the trial period I could not relocate the popup from the bottom right corner and it was obscuring important aspects of the store. Something had to go. I was not prepared to pay for the privilege of changing the display location. Technically, it's a fantastic app and absolutely superb. I would have eventually upgraded, but not for a simple reason like this. So please consider making Display Location a free feature. I would love to reinstall it. Thank you!!

After having some glitches with the integration with my POS, the sweet tooth staff put in an extra effort to help me out and make it work for our shop!!! With the glitches fixed, it should work absolutely perfect! Sweet tooth ended up being easy to work with, understanding, and extremely accommodating. It is clear they are trying to provide customer's with the best support and make their app as user friendly and as functional as possible! Sweet tooth's interface is easy to use, its simple to install, and the customer interface is equally user friendly. Sweet Tooth is awesome! The "free" version gives you everything it says it does, and it is actually pretty useful! If you want to give your customers a chance to gain rewards from purchasing... it does just that! If you want to get fancy... of course you will have to upgrade. It's like wanting leather seats instead of cloth seats in a car you are buying... you have to pay for the fancy leather if you want it! I upgraded to the basic plan and it was missing 1 little feature that I wanted. I explained to the customer support why it should be available, and they understood where I was coming from and made it available!! Thats what I call a company who cares about their customers, and wants to make their product the best! :) I explained in detail why I thought it would be a good business move for them to make it available, and they saw the value in my pitch! Speaking of customer support... they have a live chat feature, and took care of my 1 question within minutes! Great support, and so far I am loving the app!
