Smile is an excellent rewards program! Our brand has a loyal fanbase, and we've definitely seen our customers sign-up and take advantage of the rewards we're able to offer through it. We've enjoyed working with the Smile team, who all want to help us present the best possible Rewards experience to our customer.

The smile rewards app has helped create greater loyalty between me and my customers. Their customer has been nothing short of engaging and helpful. You can really see how their customer support cares for it's clients. I feel as if that is rare nowadays. Keep up the great work Smile! worth it!! I absolutely love this app for creating a cute, not annoying pop-up perks program! It's also fully customizable, even with free!

This has been a beautiful app to work with in comparison to our previous rewards app. The service is exceptional as well. There are a few intuitive pieces I would like to adjust but it's very user-friendly

Loved the app and its features but I had to uninstall it because it slowed my site down significantly :( I have 5,000 images on my site so every KB counts! Definitely, use this app again with my other businesses! Thanks for the FREE plan though :)

Desktop version is ok, but mobile/tablet unable to configure correct position of the app icon. Please fix it. Thanks

Really nice and user friendly app, also recommends a program based on my store. Maggie from the live chat customer support was very helpful, still need to check how this will work with my customers. It would have been perfect if the text in the launcher can be edited in the free plan though.

Mediocre so far, expensive and pushy to review them. 3/5, understand these take time to develop a user base but due to the pay-to-play monthly fee it will be an expensive bill before anything too substantial happens.

Updating my review - this app is very expensive, but they have solid features and helpful support. I picked their brain very annoyingly and they were good. The UI/UX of the interface for both the customer and store owner is solid. I can't say whether this increases repeat business/drives new business. But they've done a good job creating what they set out to create. I haven't used this long enough to attest to its effectiveness. Although from a price perspective if I have a few thousand customers my pricing is going to be around $400 - $500 per month if not more. That's a lot. Will i be able to get more than $6k per year in new revenue from this app? Would love to see a lower price point.

It's an excellent app, it's a very nice concept. The only problem is the price, it´s waaaay overpriced.

The app is totally great but regarding the pricing for the Growth Plan, I would prefer 24$ for up to 1000 users and 12$ for every additional 500 users. Like this I would definitely rethink for a Growth Plan to attract customers. :)

I really like the app, the design and the functionality so far. My only bug bear is the lack of a support for a physical gift / membership card. We desperately want to be able to give our VIP customers membership cards to make them feel special!

I've been with this app for a couple of years now, and our rewards program is one of the best programs we could ever offer our customers. Our customers enjoy leaving reviews, doing referrals, and making purchases to get the points, and Smile.io automates just about everything so it just runs smoothly without me thinking about it. I hit a snag with a review app integration recently, and Maggie was amazing, helping me figure out the issue. This is definitely the company you should go with for a loyalty program!

Wow it was really easy to use, customize and implement according to your business needs. Thumbs up and will recommend.

I love this app so far. I just set up my rewards program and it was pretty easy. I wish there was a to create specialized categories for rewards but that may only be available on the paid one. Not completely sure, but hopefully I'll have great once my customers begin signing up!

Excellent app for customer retention and very simple to install and customize. Took me about 10 minutes!

Customer support is quick and helpful. The Smile app is easy to set up and their knowledge base is an excellent source of information. The customization and branding options are amazing.
