Smile is a great way to reward your customers, we are new to the app but Smiles customer service is excellent and very fast! We send two emails and were replied to within a couple of hours on the same day...rare these days with big companies!!

I've only used this app for a couple months but I am very pleased with its functionality and everything it offers. Very impressed by the support team, they're always happy to help and find a solution that works for us. I can say that Smile works way better than other loyalty program apps. Very happy with Smile in general!

I have been very impressed by the support and customer service for this app. We plan to use it for our Point of Sale, and are moving our e-com over to shopify as well and will use it there as well to have a unified experience.

I've only used it for a few hours, but I'm pleased with it so far. It was easy to set up, and it's nice that you can choose to keep it very simple with a point system as a start and then, later on, add more features.

Set up was easy. The app is very user friendly. Now, all we need is to get some customers to join our loyalty program. Fingers crossed.

I like this app because this app helps me to keep our customers send a reference to their friends. It's simple to set up. I wish this app can design smaller in my screen.

We had a kind of a tricky situation about the placement of the Smile icon. The whole team at Smile.io was really responsive and attentive. Brady was particularly helpful and offered a solution that really worked for us. We'd recommend working with Smile.io and using this app for easy customer rewards and referrals.

Update: After weeks of working with Katrina, who's been excellent with her attention to our concern, we've decided to uninstall the app. The bug in the app is a no-no, given the cost of the app which is pretty high, too. I think apps should really test all possible scenarios to avoid bugs and become transparent about what they can and cannot do, especially for apps like this which reward customers. It's a design flaw that should have been captured in the very beginning--we've had this app for years! We don't want to be shortchanging our customers; we've already manually corrected from our end (but we can't continue manually correcting or adjusting our point-system for all future rewards--defeats the purpose of having an app). It's also a lesson for us, too: to test the accuracy of the calculation of such apps, especially because there are more app choices out there and it's a responsibility that shouldn't be taken lightly. ----------------- I think I have given enough time to wait for a decent reply. The issue is affecting a big part of the feature, which is the calculation of the points, and I think other stores should really look into this as well (it is problematic). Currently you're double deducting the VAT that's included in the shipping cost. I've sent a reply to the answer I got more than a week ago; and that was even also after waiting for days on end. It's a big thing that I had to stop the app. I don't know if there's less care that is given to the legacy subscribers just because we're paying less than what it is priced now? I'm in the middle of testing a new app, which offers the same features as you guys have for much less cost. And, I have waited sooo long to really give this an objective review/trial by trying to work with you on a solution but your support is just soo bad that it looks like I will just have to let go of this app that we've had for years. And there we go; another week passes with my chat messages being ignored (and yes, I know you've got a lot of inquiries now but more than a week of no reply whatsoever is just not acceptable.

Amazing. It helped us grow our customer base and customer loyalty. It helps make our customers become our friends.

And to top that off the team at Smile, especially Tess, really care about my small business and seeing me succeed. It is not often that you find that. Just downloaded the app and I'm still getting the swing of it, but the customer service is outstanding. Maggie in particular has been very helpful.

Moved over from Loyalty Lion mainly for price, but have found better and easier functionality as well as great customer service. Maggie helped me with integrations and was fast and efficient. Thumbs up

Seems to be a decent loyalty app. But it doesn't work with multiple subdomains. Uninstalling the app, unfortunately.

Full disclosure, I am a technology nightmare. What should be intuitive sends me over the edge. That being said, today Jobie and Brady (for the save) got me set-up and ready to go, despite my protestations that THEIR app didn't make sense - ha! Of course, it does, and Brady got me through it at the end feeling confident and ready to go...THANK YOU!

This app is completely amazing. It works as per our requirements in term of calculating points and other mathematics. Only thing that needs to improve is rather then displaying data on launcher -- which is also good. it shall also help to display certain data on page level over website. I hope the development team takes a soon attention on following points which shall be displayed on page level along with launcher... 1. total points earned till date 2. what coupon code you are eligible for and you can redeem 3. history of coupons used (redeem)

the installation process was super simple and the rewards look great! They walk you through how to set up everything and already have default emails set up which is super helpful.

Easy setup looking forward to seeing clients rewarded through smile. The app will bring value to customer and encourage return clients.
