It was quite easy to implement this app and to import the existing customers. However, the followup to additional questions regarding how customers were coded as guests, as well as additional questions were not answered. One question was answered partially after more prompting and the remaining questions remain unanswered. I left messages both via email and via the messaging app. Their telephone number on site does not work.

I use this app to help me build customer loyalty. The system integrates easily and functions well. Using the free plan is enough to get the job done and well.

The free tier has been great to get us going, but the prices jump steeply if you wish to upgrade features. The features we need are in the $199 a month tier, which is quite steep for what we are. Our customers are saying they never knew we had a loyalty program, we wish it was a little more obvious than a star at the bottom of our homepage. Hunting around for a similar program with more small business friendly pricing. (Not every business is a startup with crazy amounts of capital trying to scale up in ridiculous amounts of time )

I use this app and it was simple and easy to set up. Customer service is amazing, and I really feel it has helped me convert more customers.

Smile.io has been amazingly easy to integrate and manage. Simple for our customers, extremely flexible in terms of rewards settings and referrals. And most importantly they have amazing customer support in case you ever do have a question. 5-STARS!

Great app and even better customer service! In the process of getting everything synced over from our previous loyalty program, can't wait to launch this new one with Smile!

First time using this app and am still learning about what it can offer me as I go through it. My initial comment is that it is easy to navigate and I got the 'referral rewards' system up and running not long after installing the App. Will make more comments as I learn more. Great App so far that is easy to use!

Great app BUT super super super hard to get ahold of :( :( :( Please contact me as I've been trying since last week, even contacted a personal rep.

There are lots of functions within this App and I think the bascis is just enough for most sellers..

Very easy to define and customize the way a customer can earn and redeem the points. Same for the referral. Also a great customer support. As we speak I'm using the free option and I'm very happy with the features.

My only complaint about this app is that installing it significantly slowed down the load speed of my site - Google's page speed testing tool ranks my site as slow, and the majority of that time they attribute to loading Smile. Maybe if it was set up to load asynchronously it would help? If the load time issues could be resolved this app would be near-perfect.

So far so good. Support is amazing and the app integrates a lot of ways to reward the client. Brady has been super helpful in this new stage; his response is spectacular.

I used this app to set up a reward system and currently I'm using the free option which provides plenty of options and styles for me to work with. Also super user friendly and easy to set up.

This is the best app I could find for loyalty points and rewards. The free tier is amazing for small businesses that are still growing.

Been using this for a few hours and been testing it and so far I love it! I love the different ways my customers can earn points and rewards and you can customize it to make it match your website/branding colours. 100% recommend.

I was looking for a referal program and got this and also the option for customers to collect points. Cool idea. Easy to navigate (and understand). Perfect addition to a store!

We're gearing up to launch with Smile on Shopify and are very excited. The onboarding process was one of the smoothest we've seen. Our rep, Andrea was fantastic, offering up best practices, helping us troubleshoot and making sure the program was customized to our specific needs. If this wonderful customer experience is any indication of the quality of work their dev team has put in, I'm sure we'll see success with this app. I highly recommend at least giving Smile a test drive.

Great app and easy to use. It included everything that we needed in a loyalty rewards program. Excellent customer service as well!
