Love it! It's so easy to use.

Very impressed with this app. It's nice and easy to use and it's a great way to reward your customers. Honestly though, I'm more impressed with the service I've received from their customer service team. We've had a couple of issues over the past week and Maggie (AKA Genie :D) has worked her magic and gone well above and beyond what I needed help with, and has actually taught me a couple of things along the way. It's been greatly appreciated and always a pleasure speaking with someone so polite and knowledgeable, it just makes the whole experience that much better. Thank you again, Maggie, and Smile.io. Very happy user here!

I would recommend this app, it's easy to use, quick to set up and the video tutorials are clear to follow too. I only gave it 4 stars as its VERY expensive and it would have been nice to try ALL the features in a trial to see how they worked before spending hard earned dollars and the features on the free plan are extremely limited. Next level up is 2000 members, I'm a long way from that so would have been nice to see more incremental stages, ie 500 or 1000 members. Worth giving it a go. :) :)

Loving this app so far. I am obsessed with your live to chat option! I was stumped figuring something out and your specialist, Maggie, was an absolute DOLL. She was super personable and prompt with answering my questions. Companies like this with the best customer service makes business life soooo much easier.

Great app so far. The app can be customized to fit your needs. Customer service was quick to respond when I had a question. Lynn was very helpful and awesome!

Fiona deserves a 5+ star rating, awesome customer service and she helped setting it up. However there are some few functions about this app that is missing, and 299$ for this is way too much. Please do something about the prices, other than that great.

What I love about this is the level of support they give. This multi reward app is one of those finds that will become a part of your store/brand that you never want to get rid of. Maggie is awesome!

Had an issue with the way my employee set up our points system. Fiona was able to help me out through a quick and convenient online chat to get our points system set up correctly! Also, our customers have loved the chance to earn rewards points, it's not a thing you typically get in our industry.
