I have had this app for awhile and always ran seamlessly. Recently my customers were reporting an issue and I wasn't sure how to fix it. IMed the app. Maggie responded almost instantly and fixed my issue in less than a minute. Great app. Great support.

We LOVE it so far! Check it out on Macksie.com. This app really works great and we have gotten rid of any other popups and just use this because it really encourages repeat business and joining up.

Looove this product, everything is easy understood and I cant wait to see the results. A thing there could be great, is if, you made a description of what Rewards there is for the customers, so we (website-owners) could copy-paste it into a Page on our website (to give our customers more information of what this is, before they sign up for an account). I hope you get my point ;-) Pleeeease text me if you do this! Cause my english is not perfect and it will take me a lot of time to do it perfectly and professionaly! 5 stars for you!

love this app, great tool for making customers stay loyal to the brand. had a small issue with my discount codes but maggie was quick to help me resolve it, i didnt even have to do anything. she just fixed it. kudos!!!

Hi Everyone, I just installed the app and i got some assistance from stuart and thus far it is going well. It isn't too hard to setup at all and staff helped me out with my questions. Best of luck to everyone else

Super easy to setup and install. We were able to install and setup the program within 20 minutes. (Note: We did download Smile's whitepapers on setting up a referral/rewards program so we knew what we wanted to do ahead of time). Support is fantastic too! I had an issue logging in the next day which required the developers to code and release a fix - and they did so within minutes (fastest development and release I have ever seen)! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is we are on the free plan which limits us from being able to connect with Mailchimp to keep customers updated on their rewards points. We will likely move to a paid plan by mid-year, but it would be really helpful if the free plan allowed us to add our logo and connect with Mailchimp as a base (i.e. allow 2 app connections on the free plan vs 1). Local small businesses need a starting point that works so they can generate enough revenue to grow into your paid plans. Just something to consider

The Shopify setup was seamless. I'm really impressed with the program and have been using the paid version for several months. The Smile update a few months ago was super clutch too. If you have a Shopify business, definitely start with the free version. See how your customers react and then get the paid one. You will only get good results out of it if you actually put work into it. The app doesn't just grow once it's installed. and if you need any help figuring out best practices, the customer service is great. I've spoken with Maggie and Elli on many occasions and they are quick to respond and help get things done easily. Not trying to sell them. Just letting you know that this program works, it's reasonably priced and integrates with the top apps like Klaviyo, Yotpo, Shopify, and more.

Be careful installing this app, as they will add code that won't uninstall when you leave. Combine their sloppy attitude with the deep access they ask for, and it becomes a no-go.

The costumer service is AWESOME! Maggie helped me in less than 5 minutes to fix 2 problems I was having! She rocks! This app is awesome and my costumers are looking forward to it today when my shop reopens!

It's a good app to use for customer loyalty. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.

Only giving 4 stars because I've just signed up so I'm not sure of what the response will be with time but I can say this is one of the simplest thing to set up. It basically does all the work.
