Caveat - I haven't launched this app yet and only have the free version. But it looks like I will be able to do everything I want to do and I will update the review afterward. One star off because customer service has limited hours and the app is just a little confusing about how to onboard existing customers. But I will update and I'm sure it will be 5 stars after I start using it.

I absolutely LOVE this app. I have used it for a year now, actually over, and it's AWESOME to hear your client LOVE getting rewards! So many tools and great customer service.

it's perfect for my newbie store with Free plan of amazing tools like Smile.io. I can easily set up everything by myself even when I am not a tech savvy.

Great app, launching your loyalty program its very quick, easy, and functional, but just works in English no other language so far.

The service level of their support I got was great and I got my problems resolved. Though their price is steep for some features that a lot of other services have for cheaper they are my number one pick for a points for customers option.

They change the price plan frequently. Imagine a function from $0 to $199/month, I mean the "free product function". Since we have using this app for a long time and there are over 30k members join the plan, I admit that I'm suffering from making the decision about if we should stop using this app. I can pay for the function of course, just think the functions that smile offers does not match their plan price. I'm not sure if this is what they called the "loyalty project", just a little bit disappointed and will not recommend this app to my friends

Easy to configure, looks very professional and integrates with theme perfectly. Product works as advertised. Some of my clients have already signed up

I have just downloaded this app, and so far it is very easy to use. Excellent features, just what my store needs. And it's free!

I really like this app. It has a nice customer experience. The membership to get all of the perks is a little steep though

Easy to use and does what it says on the tin. I currently use the free version but when I generate more sales etc I'd be happy to move onto the paid version to be able to customise it etc.

Absolutely my favourite app on Shopify. We were on the Smilie.io free plan for a few months, and it was fantastic for our business. Rewards (no matter how little) are a hugely successful way to incentivise purchases and increase AOV - and Smile does Rewards like magic. The functionality is brilliant - with the countless ways to Earn and Redeem Rewards and the Smile interface is beautifully simple. We are currently on the Started plan, and I hope to move to Growth once our business grows to allow it. Highly recommended.

Thanks guys for all the help :) -1 Star because I really don't get why there is still no multi-language feature (even shopify built this now for a year) and no options to change text, behaviour or anything of nudges, no statistic for guest referral nudges etc. We could do better and more if we had more options here.

I've loved using Smile so far. It's easy to install and use. I love the amazing support they offer like tips on their blog. I've also received speedy help from the Team since I installed. Maggie was a gem to work with.

Have been using this for over 2 years. It's highly appreciated by all our customers and I believe has become a reason to for them to come back to us. Gives a lot of options to choose rewards for different actions. I like that it integrates with other apps, has been a very useful feature for us. We are on a grandfathered plan so have access to unlimited apps for a reasonable price, however the plans that are available now I feel are quite highly priced for the multiple app integration functionality. I hope the team reconsiders this.

So far it's great. Very easy to set up and it integrates with all of my existing themes. A lot of apps would require additional technical support. Woohoo!
