Great for incentivising my existing customers and creating a reason to repurchase for new customers. Easy to install and use. Also I really appreciated the Klaviyo guide to setting up an email flow to introduce new customers to the programme, which I was able to copy and complete in about 20mins. Thank you!

Fab app, needed a bit of help in the beginning but the Help desk was always swift and helpful. Highly recommended. Our customers like having the rewards, and particularly like saving up for the higher values, so don't be afraid to have three or four stepped rewards. The only thing that did slow us down was working out the maths behind everything....ie, the value of our product's 'points' vs the value of the rewards 'points' is actually a complicated algorythm, and you want to get it right before you launch. Sweettooth offers a good tutorial on this, but if maths isn't your strong suit, and you start to go cross-eyed, best to talk to someone who really understands the difference between the value of the points earned and the value of the points spent, and how this applies to your business model. This could make or break your program's success. UPDATE: Needed help with positioning the app logo to avoid overlapping with another information box, and once more the Help Desk was super quick and helpful.

I was looking for a simple but growth oriented rewards app. Smile has tons of executable features that continue to keep our customers coming back time and time again. The service and support has been great!

The app has worked fairly well so far (4 weeks in) but I will say the support has been 5 star. Things that weren't so smooth they worked through with us and just right. Just waiting for a few more features to become avail for this to be made perfect. Christian is a super star.

Super easy setup and user-friendly to get our customers on board and taking various actions. Adding this to an e-commerce store is a no-brainer!

Great customer service, a few technical niggles which I wish would be clearer. But they do seem to be doing everything they can to help.

This is the best rewards app i have found after trying many different ones. Very customizable, crazy number of ways to reward your best customers and also friend referral options. Works seamlessly with Shopify. I have had zero issues so I have not had any interaction with support.

We are preparing to launch this feature with our SBS promos. The customer support that helped us finalize the last few steps to ensure a successful launch was amazing.

We have just signed up for the Growth plan and have used the Smile Live Chat feature a few times with help when onboarding and asking questions. Brady has been extremely helpful in answering our queries. The main reason this wasn't a 5* is because the app is missing out on some simple features that would benefit us such as a fraud analysis on whether customers are liking and unliking/following and unfollowing to gain additional points. Besides that, it's been very straightforward and we're excited to see what Smile brings us as a business!

I had looked at a few loyalty programs before deciding on Smile. Very glad I did. Incredibly easy to set up and launch and if you ever do need help it's fairly quick.

We use smile to manage our bottle return program and track points for discounts off of future purchases. It’s a triple win. We reduce our waste and reuse bottles through this program, we increase custom satisfaction and repeat business, and we lower costs. Can’t recommend this app enough!

This is a great addition to any online and physical store! Easy to create a loyalty program and to get it up in your Shopify Store. Exactly what we have been looking for! Also provides great integrations to Klaviyo, Recharge and Gorgias, all the tools we need to offer a professional Rewards program. It help us drive more business and gives our customers a smile every time they receive a reward.

Just getting started with the app, hope it does well for me in growing my loyal customer base. Ill be back to update. It was easy to set up the free program.
