Smile Rewards is very user friendly for a beginner and there are a lots of features available on the Free Plan. The Customer Service chat are very helpful :) I love using this App to reward my customers and to build my customer referral base :)

Great customer service. They're super responsive and helpful. It's easy to use and I love that the branding is customizable in the free version. Their free plan does a lot. You don't have to pay for a plan for it to be functional. The paid plans are priced too high for small businesses in my opinion but they are flexible to work with you to find a custom solution to your needs.

We originally got the free version of this several years ago, but never really put it to much use. Near the beginning of 2020, we decided to actually use it, and we're so glad we did! It's very easy to set up and use, and the free plan is pretty great on its own for when you're first starting out. And their custom service is great! Customers so far have been a lot more likely to come back knowing that they're getting rewarded for their purchases, and we've been able to start building a network with reviewers to refer product easily. Recently, we realised we needed to upgrade a bit from a small plan. As a small business we were a little concerned about the pricing, but customer support (shout-out to Christian!) was excellent and they helped us to navigate into a custom plan that worked the best for us.

Je recommande cette application pour le programme fidélité. Le programme est très bien fait, clair et beau. Joana parle français et m’a énormément aidé pour l’installation (pas trop difficile grâce à ses mails). J’hésitais entre 3 applications avec une préférence quand même pour celle ci, et le service client a été tellement irréprochable que j'ai choisi Smile pour mon site. J’ai reçu une réponse à tous mes mails en moins de 24h, bien souvent dans l’heure. Un grand merci à Joana qui m’a beaucoup aidé et très agréable! Vanessa.

I think this is a great app and I am so thankful that it is free, thank you guys for making a free app which is super easy to set up and could really help a lot of people with their little shops. I have dropped a star because I actually installed this ONLY because i wanted to offer products that customers could redeem their points on - and from what i had read before I installed the app it seemed like this was available on the free plan. After going to the effort of installing it and setting it up I discovered that actually it isn't available on the free plan. I wish I would have known beforehand because i probably wouldn't have installed it. I am going to give it a go anyway, but now to get the functionality that I actually wanted I would have to uninstall this app and find a different one (because I will never ever ever ever be able to afford $200 a month for an app, which is what i would need to pay with this app to get the functionality I had wanted...)

It was very easy to set up. I m using it to get repeat customers and generate more referrals. It was very easy.

Perfect member points system is favored. It would be better if there were more language choices. It's a bit awkward in terms of language.

I tried out the free version to see if this app would be a good fit for my company. The app is absolutely perfect, aside from 2 major flaws - 1. You can not redeem more than one of the dollar amount rewards at a time on the POS. 2. There is no way to redeem points if other discounts are activated in the checkout on the POS. I am not going to penalize the staff, not letting them utilize their points they earned, just because they get an employee discount.

I used this app for loyalty and referral purposes. I am a small start-up, and I appreciate the free plan and awesome, attentive customer service, even with the free plan.

Very Handy little App, allows customers to sign up and spread the word about your store with the Discount referral program. Very useful if you are just starting out....

Love this app! Currently, we are using the free plan (which is perfect for a small business) and love the basic features, options for rewards, customer transaction history, and the ability to adjust points on individual accounts if needed.

really simple to use with many programms, free plan and very responsive support .. with french speaking translation !
