Really like this app! Only thing for me: I'm from Europe, so sadly my language isn't available. I installed the English version and I think my customers will understand.

So far so good. I just added it to my website. The process was effortless and fast. Can't wait to see my customers happy!

This app was very easy and quick to set up. Hopefully now i can reward customers for there kind returning and loyalty.

I try this app Make a mistake in the spealling of the name of the point. Now i cant changed the name ! Thats a bummer. Need to pay to maje this change ‍♀️

We are very happy with the Smile app. Love the simplicity of it & the look on our online store. At the moment can't say that there is any improvements to be made to it.

We faced some issues signing in to the Smile app and was taken back to our homepage. There are helpful troubleshoot articles provided by Smile but in the end was able to solve the issue by re-applying the app. The Smile team was quick to get back provide back end support. Overall, it's an easy to use app and you can most certainly feel the warm smiles from the team behind Smile. :)

Very nice, easy to use. At startup free is good and upgrade is reasonable. I have to leave 100 characters, so I am typing. for ever and ever and ever and ever until I reach all the characters they want me to put and that is why I generally do not leave feedback because of the weird rules. Other than that, great app.

Amazing app. Shows an easy way to build loyal and happy customers and offer incentives. Loved the app because of its simplicity.

Awesome customer service! They go the extra length to explain to my inquiries. The backend interface is built by professionals. Very easy to setup, like 10mins then you are set to go. Unless you want more features. The user interface, hmm simple, but can be confusing for first time user though, hope there's a tutorial button at the side to explain the feature. And i prefer a page instead of side bubble.

Easy to set up and navigate. Impressed with how simple and powerful the points and referrals were to use on our site.

So far i think it will be really nice to use.. but don’t like how expense the the upgrades are. I am trying to use this for an incentive for my customers to get buying from me.

I found that many websites have been using it; therefore, have a try, good impression, need more time to familiarize with it!

I am so pleased with this app, it does exactly what I'd hoped and more, I'm even able to add deep links into my emails so that I can direct people to sign up for rewards and refer a friend once they sign up to my mailing list! The customer service is excellent too, I had a couple of queries regarding how the coding of the app might affect some of the other apps on my site and the representative spoke to the developers, keeping me well informed along the way. Genuinely very impressed!
