I just installed the app and it already looks really nice and simple to start using it for my website. I had few questions but Brady was a great help!

Nice functionality and great support. Really helps engage customers loyalty. Reasonably priced, especially if you go for the yearly option.

I used this app for my rewards program and must say I love it. User friendly, easy to navigate, and to be honest, its FREE for me for what I need it to do. Love it as it will save me and my customers money. A win win if you ask me.

I really just started using this app have not set anything up but it looks really nice and i believe that this will maximize and grow your store. im excited to dig in and really use this apps features and have some good ideas as well. i will report back if i have any issues but so far it has been deemed real useful.

Really easy way to set up a referral program. Didn't have to worry about coding or anything like that.

We've gone through a ton of rewards apps but Smile is by far the simplest for the customer, the best integrated with other apps, and overall best for the price point. Definitely recommend if you are a growing brand with repeat customers.

I have only had the app for a little while now but so far so good! I would recommend this to other people. The only downside I see so far is to create a tiered system you need to be a pro member which is $5-600 a month which I think is a bit much. I feel you should have a smaller tier system for a the lower price plans and then allow option when you go onto pro they give you a bit more.

Easy setup and straight forward app. I have high hopes for this add-on. I'll leave an update at some point. I wish the expiration tool was part of the entry paid. Micro businesses probably need functionality the most.

This app has a lot of funcionalities and its very flexible to the different needs of any shop. Great customer service, with great disposition and quickness!

I wish the app would have an easier way for customers to redeem with the POS system. Rather than customers having to bring up their phone with a code, the POS should have a button to push to redeem rewards. It would be good to know let customers know how many reward points they have via POS.

Great loyalty program for stores that are starting small. The free version has a bit of everything for you to try on. A loyalty program and reward system are better than a discount code, and I can see a lot of my customers like using Smile. Customer services are awesome and they respond very fast. Would recommend!

We've been using this app for several months, and generally, it's a good way to manage your loyalty program. It's easy to set-up and the interface is nicely designed. The biggest issue we have is the pricing tiers. There's a big jump from the first paid tier to the second, and our only reason for needing it is that they limit integrations to only 1 for the first tier. They should really rethink this limit, put an additional tier, or create a nominal upcharge if you need more. As it is, the first tier makes it hard to really get everything out of the app, and the second tier is just too expensive of a jump to make it worth it. Also, the advanced analytics is only available on the second paid tier. They should really rethink this as I may be willing to move up in price if I could fully see how the program is performing.

Smile has been very good to us. The customer service and support are excellent. Smile take our situation and needs into consideration and work with us to help achieve our goals. A very refreshing and supportive approach in a tech world where we are so often treated as an inconvenience.

This app is so easy to use and my customers love it. I find the back office to be easy to navigate and my customers have said it's so seamless.

This app lets you create a great rewards program for your loyal customers. My store sends care packages to deployed military and being able to give commands, parents, spouses, children, etc. who want to support their loved one overseas is just an overall great thing. The only thing is that it, and adding other apps, KILLS your site speed. Keep that in mind when adding apps to Shopify. www.Troopster.org

Best rewards app! Has everything you need to run a seamlessly automated rewards program. The integration with Klaviyo makes our lives so much easier. Highly recommend.

This needs a lot of work. I love what you guys have done to make set up simple from an admin's perspective, but the customer experience is horrible. I want to be able to tell customers about the referral program directly and redirect them to a page to sign up. Right now everything is crammed in that widget, and it's very confusing as to how to get more details about any of the programs. After signing up, there are no directions on what to do as a follow up action. This is also not embedded into shopify at all, the customer has no idea before or after the checkout that they are accruing points or what they are worth. This needs a lot of work! Overall, this had a very low conversion rate, so we're moving to something else.
