It was a pity to hear that we cannot develop emails in HMTL anymore. We hope in near future, to be able to translate all the program ( including nudges ) as for most of our customers who doesnt speak English, it´s not easy to understand when we show half in english and half in spanish.

I downloaded the app because the pricing structure looked clearer and fairer than most of the other loyalty apps that I looked at, so kudos for that. Unfortunately, the free version looked really nasty in terms of the pop up design and colours. I had intended to go for the £49 a month version, but the look of the free version put me off risking it. If there had been a 7 day free trial of the paid version, then I would have persevered. Hope this feedback is helpful. EDIT - I persevered with the free version and found it easy to use. The free version is obviously a bargain. I will consider the paid version after a few months of using the free version. 1 star knocked off only because the paid version lacks a free trial.

I had this app for a little over a year, and it was great. It wasn't until a couple months ago my store started to slow down. Many factors in my speed test pointed to this app. I reached out to CS, they assured me all was fine. But today i decided to remove the app, and my website has improved so much speed wise. I dont know what the issue was, maybe a bug. I don't know. But sadly i had to remove this app from my store.

I have now been with Smile for 2 years and it has been amazing! Worth every penny. We have have consistently grown our membership and it has proven to be the best retention tool we have ever used. The customer service has been super helpful and friendly. A must have for anyone serious about customer service and retention.
