Great app, easy to use, does a great job integrating into the theme. Would highly recommend this app based on what is possible through the free tier.

I have tried may apps for rewards, but I must say that the professional look and feel of the Smile app makes the decision easy. On top of that, the awesome, quick customer support is great! There are some app providers that want the $, some that have a cutting-edge options, but not many who combine both of those things with great people who will take the extra step to help you grow. Smile is one of those that do.

Very easy to set up and does not affect the speed of the website. Currently using the FREE plan, and have no complaints of the same.

I found this app after I had started working with another rewards app. Once I found Smile I deleted the other app straight away. I love how easy the steps are to follow when setting up. Love this app!

I was researching a bunch of loyalty programs and once I have stumbled upon Smile there was no need to look anywhere else. The interface is so user-friendly that even a child could set up a loyalty program. The fact that we are able to use some of the most important features of the Smile for free is just superb because lots of people who get into e-commerce are on tight budgets. Once one's brand starts growing, the additional features from the paid plan are just top-notch because Smile can bring a lot of lifetime value to your business! Oh, and have I mentioned the customer service? A M A Z I N G ! Got my problems resolved in a matter of minutes! With all of this being said, if you're considering Smile, stop considering and take action, you won't regret it!

Contacted their customer service and Larry went far and beyond my expectations. He answered my questions personalised to my business and needs, and didn't try to sell me anything but rather provide me what I actually only need. While I HAVE NOT tried the app yet, I can already tell the company is willing to help our business grow.

We've been using it for only a few days, but so far uptake by customers has been great. Support for any questions etc is A+.

Christian is very helpful and just gave me the details on some Smile I.O features that I had no idea existed. I'm looking forward to trying them out to see how they perform for my business.

Added the app and there is a nice little widget on my homepage. II liked that was easy to set-up and I am looking forward to customers using this new feature.
