Great app and easy to set up. Currently on the free plan and has most of the features that I need. I would upgrade if the starter plan wasn't too pricey. 49USD/month is a bit heavy for small/new businesses.

We have just migrated from and old Epos system to Shopify and we had to find a new reward program as our existing one was not supported by Shopify. On the advise of a friend we joined Smile. We went for the free option for now and though all new to us so far i has been more than impressed by the customer service team. Super quick to reply, extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well very friendly!! Highly recommend!

The app itself looks like it could be great, BUT only using it on the trial it's almost impossible to see the benefits because of the limited functions. With the monthly subscriptions quite high for a small business, it doesn't seem worth the risk of subscribing.

Just installed Smile.io and it was easy to install and the customer service chat team are really helpful. If you don't know how to do anything they help straight away. The app seems to be working well from the start. Am really happy with it so far.

Smile on has a few minor shortfalls (mostly related to its simplicity) which for most non-devlopers can be a good thing. Think being able to customize your pizza, Smile is a Dominoes. Fast reliable, delicious and you get what you pay for and there arent a lot of options. Where as other programs are more like your local brick fired oven pizza, tons of topings, an overly complicated menu and they will likely try to sell you a $150 bottle of wine that cost 25 at your local grocery store. Tasty, but your will pay the price. I still order Dominoes every time. Also, their customer service is on point. Christiain is the man. I'd hire him if I could.

It was tough at first, but I was able to get some help to understand the program. Maggie helped me with all my questions.

This app is simple and easy to use. It walks you through the whole process step by step setup. Its great for engaging with a customers, its definitely must have!!!!

I am reviewing to keep smile free for startups, just setting it up seems like a good app, will update accordingly.

We've been using Smile for more years than I can count and have seen huge utility with engaging our customers, both in loyalty points and customer referrals. And very interaction with the Smile support team has been top-tier, rapid & helpful responses. Can't recommend highly enough.

Brilliant platform and excellent service. We're just learning the ropes as a store, setting up our referral programme, but this process has been helped along inordinately by Joana at the smile team. Cannot recommend the app enough - and if you do speak with the team at smile, and Joana pops up, you're in safe hands!!

Smile is very easy to use and to set up. The support you get is phenomenal and quick to respond to you!

I love how easy it was to put into play! This was really a no-brainer, they basically did all the work for me with just a couple clicks!
