This review is mostly about how amazing the staff is at helping and getting back to me when I have a question, I haven't started using the app fully but I did want to mention the team is super helpful! Excited to learn how to use this app to help grow our site.

I am a new business owner who is growing steadily and I needed help with his app to reward my loyal customers. Christian, was super helpful and patient with every detail to make sure I was satisfied! He even had some interweb personality which is an added bonus to be able to laugh via computer! Would recommend to a friend for sure!

This reward app is really easy to set up and use. My customers are already redeeming rewards and I've only had my website for just over a year.

Customer service is friendly and quick to respond! Please consider Clover integration so we can use the same loyalty rewards to customers in the store with POS!! Would be great :)

I came across an issue regarding a customer not receiving their rewards points accordingly, and the rep Tess provided me with a very detailed response and helped with troubleshooting the issue efficiently! Love this app so far! I thought adding a loyalty or referral scheme to my small online business would have been really complicated and Ive put it off for so long, Smile is so straight forward to set up I wish I had looked into it sooner- I'm looking forward to seeing the results and rewarding customers for their shopping!
