Great app, great support. Have been using it for a while now and it is definitely one of the best on shopify. We seem to be having trouble getting all of our new customers to use it but that is most likely a user issue. It would be cool if smile could implement popups at checkout to let customers know of their account balance and ask them if they wanted to redeem points, kind of like at the grocery store. five stars none the less, great app

Customer service is nothing short of amazing. I had trouble getting the rewards icon to work properly from mobile view on my website. They worked with me for a few days to correct the issues and were very thorough in their explanations and fixed it for me. Amazing customer service and I am so happy with the app thus far!

App is easy to use. I enjoy being able to offer customers reward points. There could me more options to choose from.

I am still just getting to know the App but so far it is very intuitive and easy to use with plenty of integrations, which I really like! The people are also very helpful when I had questions and they gave very detailed responses! :)

Very easy to use. I was able to watch a YouTube video and figure it out on the first try. Still making sure I have it all correct. So far so good

Setup everything and tried reading articles but not able to see any mail or notification on confirmation page or any thing tries creating account, becoming member but not able to get points on placing order. If I am not able to see it then how will out customer gonna notice day. then it will be a total waste

We experienced difficulty in setting up the Reward Code and trying to find solution. Jade attended to us and she has been amazing and has been very helpful in providing the required links to the guide and tutorial video that will be helpful for us.

i was afraid to use this app because of the expensive tires , after trying the free version i can say it is one of the best loyalty apps and there support are very nice even i am on the free version heheehe all the best to them

This app was easy to install, set up, and has been easy to use for my customers. Recently, I needed to contact customer service to check on something, and they were quick to respond, test, and confirm that my app was working properly.

I used loyalties before but this seems much better and the customer service is amazing. I wanted to add all old customers to the app and they helped me with this. Took few hours and everything I needed they helped me in.
