Easy to kick off with the free plan for start-ups and Smile Support was responsive and quick to provide a workaround! Appreciate it a lot! Looking forward to more features and continue to reward our customers using Smile!

Was paying a lot of money while using another rewards app. The free version of Smile does exactly the same and more, while providing great value to my customers. Will definitely look into upgrading the app as my business grows. It was very easy to switch to Smile and transfer all my customers. Experienced lovely customer service from Lynn. Very quick and helpful.

SUPER user friendly and easy to understand stats!! I so recommend this especially if you are a new store, they have a free trial to test it out!

I do really enjoy this app as I have used it at other stores I shop at and now its on mine. I enjoy the amount you can do with the free version but as a new small business owner, the starter option is a little bit high. 4 Stars though for giving the free version a good chunk of features.

Super easy to set-up, great features, and branding options; all free! This is a must add to your store!

Use this app to gain more loyal customers and offer perks for our return customers. Set up is easy and customer service very nice.

Excellent app. You can use redeemable coupons to reward your most loyal customers and your most engaged advocates, you have a point balance system, whose exchange rate with actual currency could be modified at your will. It has been a good way to be close to our customers and to improve our proportional conversion rate.

Why I preferred them to other apps is because this app is a lot less complicated to me and my customers.
