The app is very user-friendly. I've tried probably all the rewards app that there is available and it's the easier to set up with the best customer experience. The only thing that this app doesn't have that others have is the review part but you can always use another app and sync them together (I use judge.me with this app and it works like wonders). CUSTOMER SERVICE is out of this world !

We have been setting up our rewards program and have had a number of questions along the way. The customer service response has been wonderful. Each time, we've sent a chat we have been helped pretty quickly and thoroughly as well. It's made the process of getting ready to launch much more efficient. Kudos to the entire Smile Customer Service team for their support.

Customer service has always been super helpful with my enquiries and issues. Matters are resolved quickly as well with quick follow ups. It helps with the response time for the customer service for my brand as well.

We're just started to use the app and upgraded to the $49 per month plan in order to have a bit more control over the look of things. My favorite part yet is how responsive and helpful they are with the online chat.
