A really insightful and easy to navigate app, when onboarding a reward strategy. The support team where exceptionally helpful and always happy to lend a hand. Super impressed.

So far I'm really enjoying this app. I just installed it this week and it was very easy. The customer support is also very responsive and extremely helpful.

Smile is easy to install and use. Also, they have great customer service, we had an issue and they created a custom plan for us!

I couldn't be happier with the app. Setup is a breeze, customer service is exceptional and the app itself is outstanding. It looks great, is super easy to customise and the user experience is unmatched. Yes there are cheaper apps available, but none of them match smile in user experience and functionality

At first, it seemed like a great loyalty app. After the expense of switching from Marsello and their horrible customer support, we chose Smile. We have over 5000 customers and the app treats everyone that does not provide an email address as a guest. The problem is that it does not credit them for their purchases even after changing the setting. Now we have to find another loyalty app and spend the expense to convert our customers. Very disappointed.

The help chat is knowledgeable and helpful- awesome! The free plan is a great help for me to give back to my faithful in-store and online customers. Thanks.

This app really helps incentivize my customers to make repeat orders, and I'm always taking questions and inquiries about points, which to me means plenty of folks are using it!

The app is great! The operation page is very easy to understand. The key is that for small businesses, its pricing is friendly, and I recommend it. If my business grows significantly in the future, I will definitely upgrade it.

For my business, the free version of the app works for me since I cannot offer discounts on my products. I can easily update customer rewards through the admin panel along with managing redemptions and referral rewards! It is easy to use, and works great for what I need! In addition, what makes this program even better is the amazing customer service! Even though I am on their free version, they were able to quickly identify an issue in my theme.liquid file that was preventing the dashboard from displaying on my website! The customer service and support to get me back up and running was by far superior and I am now recommending this platform to my team to incorporate for their customer rewards! Thank you so much for making this product affordable for those of us that don't need fancy programs and for the amazing customer support!

Only just started using this app and so far so good! The points system is easy and customers definitely feel rewarded for their loyalty. We will see if the cost and value weigh up in the end but a good start I would say. Thank you Smile

Has been amazing for our customers. The customer service is phenomenal. We spent a lot of time researching the best option and chose Smile. We're happy with the results. Just wish the pricing for the larger plans wasn't so expensive. Pricing keeps us from upgrading.

This is the easiest app I've found that really makes my customers thrilled, and makes them shop with me more! If you want to increase your customer loyalty, this is the perfect loyalty app program for that!

The app is a huge upgrade from the previous loyalty program we've used for over 6 years and their support has been fantastic for helping with any questions. Happy with the switch to Smile.
