Really happy with this rewards app. Runs smoothly, has loads of customisation options and integrates with my email and review apps. Also the customer support is top notch.

It was very easy and simple to use. t was very detailed on what, and how their program will work. I highly recommend this app!

Fantastic app, great pricing and feature set at the lower tiers. Special shout out to Christian from smile for helping us integrate another program, going above and beyond to delight the customer.

We've just implemented Smile and have had a few online redemptions! Their support team helped me set up in-store redemption through our POS. Giving it 4 stars for user friendliness and concept, haven't used it long enough to see if it gets a fifth!

I installed this app in a state of panic when my old rewards app was giving customers hundreds of dollars off their orders at checkout. I got on the chat to ask for help migrating from the other app, and was given amazing customer service. I'm already happy I made the switch!

I highly recommend this app, the support is fantastic, its easy to move from excising apps to this one as well. Takes a little time to adjust and propagate to the store but once it does its much faster after. Brilliant features (on free at the moment as not quite big enough for the other features) but you really do not loose out! Its seamless and easy to use user-end, very sleek looking too which is great for clarity for the customers. everything is in one place as well so easy to know what where and why. The app itself is SO EASY to set up, i'm not joking, i moved my customers over, changed its look etc, set it all up to go in under 5mins. outstanding. Best bit??? THEY DONT CHARGE FOR MORE ORDERS! Love it, you pay for what you need as a business and that's it, nice and transparent with the features and no hidden crap later you find you need to pay for. My current provider just silently crept ours up to a hefty total per month, hence our move. I have used Smile on other sites as a customer and loved it so much i wanted to use it for my own business! 20/10 seriously, get it. powerful; perfect little app

Great app, with tons of customizations, and a great support team. All the integrations push this app over all the other loyalty apps in my opinion.

Fantastic app, easy to use for both developer and end user. The customer support, even on the free plan, is amazing.

Honestly disappointing. It tries to do too much and it fails miserably. They are quick to raise the price for basic functionality but are slow to help when it comes time to make their product a success. One of the problems is once you have it installed, migrating away from it is a complete nightmare. We like the idea of this product but the execution is just poor.

We use this app to help out with repeat customers. Being able to reward them is our goal and smile helps make that so easy! Everything is laid out very well and basically everything can be customize. Definitely the right choice for reward apps.

We currently use the free version of this application. Though it does not come with all the perks of the paid versions we have been very happy with the app so far. It meets our current needs, as we use it further we intend to upgrade as well for the additional features. Using the chat feature Smile.io has been able to help us with any questions we have while setting this feature up on our website. Would recommend this app for any business looking for a quality loyalty program. Smile.io does it right.

Smile is very user friendly but I most appreciate the incredible customer service. Christian took over an hour to walk me through redoing my point structure using my business AOV and educated me on strategy to help me make the most of my rewards and earn back customers' repeat business. Excited to see how much retention improves with this new strategy! Also love saying to customers "i just gave you X amount of extra points" to make up for any errors - they love the points bonus!

Downloaded and set up the app today and so far I couldn't be happier. Support that I have received from Jade has been absolutely amazing and being able to chat live with someone straight away really does give you confidence. Thanks again :)
