Fantastic app, customers are already signing up and earning their rewards. Great customer support, prompt replies when we had queries.

I am on the Free plan as indicated on my dashboard, but Smile has been billing my card for USD39 a month for the last 6 months! Something I never agreed to. This is completely ridiculous and amounts to fraud. So even if you are on their Free plan, check your statements because you may still be charged! I am now chasing to get my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP.

Great customer service! awesome! It seems to be user friendly. I would suggest allowing customers to send emails out with referral reminders and also adding a Pinterest options for actions!

Easy to use and love how happy our customers were to earn rewards for shopping. Customer support is always available as well.

Update 10/2021: The referral rewards program is a sales generator. Be sure to use it. Had an issue with customers circumventing the program. Support acknowledged some limitations but gave me excellent recommendations on how to minimize abuse. I really appreciated that. ----- The minimal style suits our needs. Would recommend to anyone with a store especially those selling products. Very useful for customers who are loyal and social. Very good integration.

We're just in the infancy of using this app - but started exploring some other competitors apps - and ended up coming back to this one. It's easy to setup. But honestly, customer support is top notch and that's a huge selling point in our book.

SO far I've had a great experience using the FREE plan before deciding to upgrade to one of their paid plans. They're customer service is super friendly and very helpful.

Customer service was very quick to respond and resulted in customer having the issue figured out while still on the website. I dont usually have many questions, but what I like is a prompt response when I do.

The app works well, you have limited customization without paying for at least the $49/month option, but the app definitely does what it promises and in a relatively easy to navigate way. Big fan so far, excited to see how it helps our bottom line!
