One of the best rewards/loyalty apps we've used so far. It looks and feels integrated with the website. Cannot wait to start integrating the features into the rest of the website using the Javascript SDK. Customer service is also very good, with a screen recording feature to quickly show issues to the tech team.

This app helps me in improving my website. I highly recommend if your looking for an app that does the excellent job.

super easy to install. I love that they have a free option to try and start somewhere. I wish they had a text message option.

We have had this app in our store for a while now. While it promises a lot, the issue is you need to pay 200USD a month, just for the nudges feature! If you ask me, the nudges feature is something that's should be included on the $49 tier plan, as its so integral to the app bringing any sort of revenue. Asking a small store to play $200 a month just to make use of an integral feature just isn't okay.

The customer service was prompt and service staff was very helpful in my enquiries. Easy to use app.

I cannot overstate how incredible the support is. There are a lot of programs that will accomplish the technical side of what we're trying to do, but Smile.io's support team is AMAZING. Shout out to Jade who spent half an hour with me, talking through every single question I had!! She was INCREDIBLE.

I just installed this app so i will have to return for an honest review. the process of installation has been a smooth process now I will have to see how it functions with my store.
