Eine wirklich sehr gute und umfangreiche App, covert all unsere Ansprüche. Einziger kleiner Punkt, aber da habe ich auch keine Lösung bei den Mitbewerbern gefunden, man kann nur eine Sprache auswählen. Mit einem Mehrsprachigen Shop ist man also nicht so gut bedient. super support, sehr nett und hilfreich.

Love the program. Customer service is quick to help and we have seen many customers using our rewards peogram. Overall we are very happy with Smile.

We have been using it to start our Rewards program for our customers. It's worked out well so far. We realized that the plan we were on was too costly and reached out to the Smile folks and we were able to work something out. So, much appreciate their willingness to work on this for us. Saved us a lot of ton of money! We'll look to stay with them for a long while.

quick and fast install. step by step instructions answered all my questions without me being confused. like it.

I really love at the features 'Smile offers unfortunately you do have to pay to integrate with other apps but my customers definitely love the feature, customer Service is great and is offered to everyone not just paid members which can be very frustrating.

Smile.io is an easy app to navigate, and has provided a significant amount of extra benefit for our customers. On top of that, what makes it great is the live support chat. I don't stick with apps for long if the service isn't there, and Smile has been great in that regard.
