The help i received was fantastic, i had a number of issues, which were look into and fixed and resolved. This was a huge help and my advisor Carlo was extremely good, would recommend this tool to anyone for any help needed, nothing is a problem.

This app works and then doesn’t. It kept flipping my FBA listings to MCF and they couldn’t figure out why where all the settings were fine. Not good. 5 stars because the interface is pretty nice, the support staff is commendable and supportive, and it gets the job done.

Customer service has been pretty on point. Any issues has been solved and I rarely had issues and the app is simple to use. Thanks to joy and the team.

Sometimes the app is a bit slow and the mobile view could be optimized but in the end of the day, the app works as it should with no complaints + the support is always super helpful. It saves so much time and efford!

We worked with Support Specialist Dom for our Marketplace Connect onboarding, and he was exceptional. We have a lot of variant SKU's that were not cooperating with us. Dom to the rescue! He was responsive, proactive, and got to the root of our challenges in record time. You couldn't ask for better customer support. After we worked through this hurdle, it seems the rest of the process is very straightforward and intuitive. Highly recommend their services!!!

Just starting out, but awesome support for a product that is still maturing. Great value!

We're using it to import our FBM orders and to keep FBM inventory up-to-date on Amazon, and it does a decent job of that. However, it's a little clunky and I've had mixed experiences with Support (some were very helpful, others provided completely the wrong information).
