Pretty fantastic. Also, Mariel the support agent was really fast to help with a minor issue. BUT PLEASE ADD AUTOMATIC DEFAULT POLICY SELECTION!!! Hate having to always manually choose shipping policy.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star to raise awareness due to the fact this app, as some other users have mentioned, can result in sync issues with eBay. This is a major bug and in almost all cases will impact the business. We have not experienced any issues with Amazon, however, as such a major bug has been allowed to exist, this app cannot be trusted to not cause other issues down the line.

They offer great support however the categories are quite confusing to setup and attributes are not exactly similar to Amazon. It would help if there was a detailed guide or info bullets. Also preset values would be of great help. You will need some assistance if you want to sync products to Amazon. The app does publishes faster than if you would directly publish on Amazon.

1st day. Harry was very helpful. It seems very user friendly so far. I had a little trouble with importing old orders so I should have created a cut off point to have prevented that. 17-01-24 I have used this app for 2 years. I have tried all other integration apps over this time and stayed with Codisto/ Marketplace connect. Recently, the apps performance and customer support has dramatically dropped. Customer service have been corrupted with the 'cut/ paste link' solution disease. It's got so bad that the generic links have nothing to do with my inquiry. This has prompted me to see if there are better solutions. There's nothing worse than your livlihood being in jeopardy and nobody available to explain what's happened or to offer an apology.. 29-01-24 Situation is getting worse. I cannot access the app at all. It's now been over 2 months since the engineers have been working on listing malfunctions. There are now random lisintgs being duplicated. 1-2-24 A fix identified but no cause identified. Shopify Marketplace Connect are not willing to undo glitches; I will spend several hours clearing it up with no idea if it will happen again. 2-2-24 Syncing issues, ongoing, quantities do not update, out of stock items are bought and service metrics drop because items are unavailable. Syncing issues - Ongoing, descriptions and variants are not updates as improvements are made - 07/02/24 - Syncing is an ongoing problem and you need to periodically ask (several times as the first request doesn't always work) to force an update. I would guess every week to be sure all systems are go. 05-02-24 App is still not accessible, I have no way of checking or changing listings. 7-02-24 App is now accessible. 14-02-24 Mapping is unreliable. A lot of syncing problems are solved by 'editing in grid' which is the manual entry. This will only effect businesses that have a large number of listings. 15-02-24 Random images are corrupted and there's no mechanism to let you know. If an item is not selling 1st check if the images have been corrupted. 27-02-24 Once Harryl catches on that things are not right, he will take over and have a positive impact, making you feel looked after and well supported. Marketplace connect are still keen to develop their service. 10-06-24 Adrian was keen to provide easy, step by step instructions and followed up well, giving me confidence I was being looked after.

It's been over 2months Since I asked for help to get my listings synced to Amazon. It's unfortunate I wasn't able to get the help I needed and was told that this is a Self- Service app. Well, indeed. So we worked it out ourselves with some workaround and asked you guys to have my Amazon GTIN exemption enabled and you did, so thanks! Finally we were able to get our listings synced to Amazon. I would like to thank Jeff Avila who has been there for me from the time I needed an assistance, we know he did his part and we appreciate it all. Thanks Jeff!!

Quick response from support. Easy, streamlined experience that saves a ton of time getting items listed and sync'd on multiple platforms.

Was working OK,( the shopfiy makeover after they absorbed the app was a complete disaster ), but now our inventory is not syncing for days - we are now overselling 6-8 items on ebay everyday. They have been unable resolve the situation for several weeks now. We have to scramble to restock items, or refund purchases. Hours of our time wasted, and we look like amateurs who don't know how to run a business. And it is not cheap. Looking for alternatives.

I started using Shopify Marketplace Connect today, and to my surprise, it didn't work. But I contacted the support center, through live support, and Joy V gave me instructions that were easy to follow and solved all issues. Of course, the problem wasn't the app, but my lack of knowledge. So if you have doubts about using it to integrate into Amazon, don't worry anymore, stop looking, you found it. I tested more than 10 apps, and their support won me for life, and I'm not even a paid subscriber yet.
