This app stopped sending tracking information to Amazon. In response, Amazon dezactivated all our listings for poor FBM shipping. we had a issue with connection from Shopify to ebay, they helped us and had it solved within 12 hours excellant support

Seems to work but you will need to play around with it and likely contact support to get your first listing active. Four stars as the app itself some things are not intuitive but I would give the live chat support 5 stars for being so helpful.

It is highly intuitive and you have questions, you can rely on the staff to help you pretty much instantly.

Very useful free app to sync products from Shopify to Etsy, and grab orders from Etsy to Shopify. :) I like the way how support team helps newbie, really fast and professional. Well documented, also AI like Grok could help you with some tricky question if you don't want to bother support with base questions.

Absolute f**KING hell trying to connect Etsy. Been here for over 1 hour tinkering around with the damn settings, only to find the settings don't even include my POD company. The only reason Shopify is popular is due to their marketing. People should go to WIX and Square for better service.

Best experience I've had so far with customer support (Michael). They go to great lengths to help with my issues. I just started using the app, but so far it seems to be great. Just a small learning curve on how it works.

Customer support was great and got me out of a confusion loop by answering all my questions in getting listings published
