I would consider myself a heavy user, this app in the beginning really shot me to a new level in revenue. However, with recent Amazon API changes, nothing seems to work and support (while kind of helpful) can't seem to fix the issue. I haven't been able to successfully list a product in months. Images seem to break, errors left and right that nobody seem to know how to fix. I hate to write a bad review from these guys because of how good things once were but as of recently, I can't recommend this to anyone who relies on Amazon. eBay and Etsy tend to post product just fine Thank you for your feedback. You are correct; there have been significant changes to the Amazon API, which have led to some challenging technical issues. I've had nothing but great customer service experiences via the Connect feature. It's been a bit rough in terms of understanding how some formulas work, and how to accurate map certain facts from Shopify to other marketplaces but for the most part the integration works spotlessly.

I had an issue with pricing as I wanted different pricing on eBay to Shopify. The issue is that eBay would show the same price as Shopify. There are a few settings that need changing for this to work, but Mike was onto it straight away, and we were sorted.

The support was very helpful setting up my first synch. It took a while - but Joshua was very patient. :-) Thanks!

App literally does not even open. Pure garbage. Outrageous that they offer this. Edit: The 24h thing is a lie. It still isn't working to this day, 6 days later. App doesn't work, throws a Error: Error creating FastCGI Client Stream when just being installed. Support tells me its fixed however its their embed that failing. This app team has the most ignorant support team I have ever experienced in 8 years of ecommerce. Not only do they not listen, they constantly cause issues and ignore bugs on their own accord. It's not surprising that this app is cheap, because nobody in their right mind would pay for this level of service. Supports great ! App support direct for marketplace connect. Quick and responsive. And then when in doubt uninstall and reinstall app worked without borking my hundreds of linked listings somehow :)

Great utility and support

I have just started using this ap and it was recommended to me from a happy shopify user so I am hoping this does the trick! So far customer service has been great- They answer quickly. I will also add that the set up is very intuitive, something as a non tech person I really appreciated.
