I use this app to interact with customers. I like that it provides away to use quick responses. I do not like that I can not tell if it active. Meaning, my store says that I can not use another because of this one although I have followed all of the steps. It would be better if their was a active button that made it immediately available.

its a proper messenger, you can contact with customers with no issues.. but if they the conversation for a while you lost them and they would received email for the rest you have to say

i like how it links the customers orders to their messages so i know how to respond. I can get messages easily emailed to me when I'm not online.

It's Amazing and I can Manage all my Messages here even the comments. It's easy to manage the Instagram messages and Facebook also.

It works really well has helped increase sales. Way better now that we have discovered the companion phone app!

It Made connection with my customers very easy and much effective for customer satisfaction. Very easy to use and it is free.

Pros: great integration with shopify. Customer info at finger tips. Cons: It needs more features: Provide email support, so that we can use the same tool for chat and email support. Provide levels of instant responses, so that we can have more of them available in a categorized way, allow customers to easily upload attachments. Better options styling and layout options to help avoid overlapping with cart page buttons.

It is very helpful and easy to use. Hate getting solicitation messages, but it is great to communicate with customers.

Shopify Inbox is such a great app because it gives me the ability to stay on top of my customers' FAQs, feedback, shipping statuses, and product information. I simply love this app!

Llevo 3 meses usando esta app va bastante bien y cumple su función solo acotar que el tema de notificaciones si falla un poco, porque a veces me notifica y otras veces no, yo creo que si pudieran arreglar este pequeño bug le daría 5 estrellas a la app.

it works well, a lot of solicitors use it to contact me and its annoying but otherwise its ok. I shut it off for a while then noticed a few people have tried to contact me.

Excellent. We have switched over from Heyday.ai and could not be happier to switch over. The support at Heyday is probably the worst I have seen. We are happy with this system.
