i don't like that you have to try and figure out how to edit the theme codes and to get the things added on your page. it should be a little bit more user friendly everybody is not computer savy especially with codes.

I think this app has worked well for me on my website. I would like it if I got a text notification to my cell phone number when I had a customer message ( there may already be this option and I just haven't found it yet) Otherwise, works good for me

Shopify inbox is a good tool to connect the customer with our customer service. I would like that of all the functionalities that it has, i request to Shopify inbox place a dot indicator online and offline status in the dialog box, finaly, they could add the visualization of IP and place a location point in real where the user who visits our online store contacts us.
