We are very happy with this app. It has been very useful. We haven't used other apps and therefore we can't compare. Nothing to add and therefore we give it a 5 stars.

It's a great app when you're using the desktop version within the store, but 1 star gets knocked off for the mobile version. Mobile is sloooow and buggy and long conversations with a customer make the app almost unusable.

Awesome entry level chat, for startups. Would love to have features like changing the name of the sender (me) to anything I want without changing the main options like the shop name etc. But overall very good, and free. Could not ask for more

Very convenient to talk to your customers. UI is simple and clear. Customers also use it with ease. Good stuff

Works as expected with lots of room to grow - You can integrate IG/FB with it so all in 1 place. :D

Excellent app. Our sales conversion dramatically improved after the installation. Builds in customer relations with human touch and our premium customer service in a concrete way. We managed to recover abandoned carts that would be lost forever only relying in the automated emails. On/off switch or automation for working hours would be a plus. Overall, excellent app.

A FUTURE FIVE STAR APP WITH ADDED FEATURES Overall, the integration is great. We shopify business owners really need this, and since all the app developers are gouging us on their monthly fees, I really enjoy the abilities this app offers. However, there are things that are a necessity to add to the app to make it functional to everyone. 1. Add the ability to have multiple stores connected to the inbox so we can see all of our chats in one place. 2. Translations - Let people see what we write in their own language, and vice versa. Its a great app but I find myself looking for other solutions that have these features.

So far so good! Seamless integration with my store is great. It is simple, but gets the job done well. I removed a competitor chat app and added Shopify's, instantly got 5 interaction points in less than a day which was much more frequent than my last chat.

Why didn't I install this sooner? Great simple little app. Would love to see future additions of email support and a separate option to add a contact form for people who choose not to use the chatbot.

Ter um chat na minha loja é importante. Mas não imaginei que fosse tão bom. Vinculei às minhas redes sociais e sou notificado e posso responder por aqui, conversas das redes sociais. Isso é incrível! Além de ser muito fácil de configurar, oferece respostas automáticas, o que facilita muito o pronto atendimento e orientação ao cliente. Muito satisfeito até agora. Super recomendo!

Nice, simple chat app, but lacks crucial features. It's extremely lacking in being able to receive emails, which is what we thought an "inbox" would automatically include, like a native email inbox similar to Pipedrive. The web app UI fonts are a bit large to read. Also, would be nice to have a settings toggle to turn off collecting people's name and email as a requirement to initiate the chat. That should be optional in our new privacy era we live in.

Its has the right features and good integration that you need with any chat client. The only place its lacking is the customization of the look and placement on the website which should be granular otherwise its egoistic when you expend to dominate a single spot on the website which is prime for a lot of services.

Overall good and super simple to use, but could be improved. Please add a way to research conversations by name/order number. Another useful feature would be the ability to tag customers with custom-tags.

Exceptionally helpful application. Simple to chat with my clients from any where. The automated message is perfect. also, the best thing is one stage for all inboxes including Instagram, Facebook, and Shopify

annoying app. should be delisted from the store. Repeatedly receiving emails and its too much annoying

Tem sido bom. Sinto falta de mais recursos, mas as poucas funcionalidades são bem integradas. Seria interessante integração com o WhatsApp.

Very handy app. Easy to communicate with my customers from anywhere. Auto response is great. when i cant respond in time it does auto reply.

I love the email app through Shopify. My customers can reach me anywhere, anytime. I do not need to be in the office. This is important especially if it is an emergency. Thank you for providing us with this service! We have been very happy and grateful for this app!

Handige app maar niet als je webshop meerdere talen heeft. Je kunt je automatische berichten niet vertalen in meerdere talen.

This is an amazing free app. Having amazing feature of sending product links just like WhatsApp catalog. Almost no use of the WhatsApp plugin, which is a paid app.
