So far so good. Absolutely love this app and I think it's very crucial for any business as a way to give future and current customers an easier way to contact you.

The app has come a long way. Search is new which is good. Just the labels or tags would be great. We might be far away but an integration into WhatsApp would be revolutionary. Cant wait for more improvements.

I would give it a 5 star but I just started using it. I need to try it out a little longer to decide if it deserves that extra star. As of right now it is work pretty good

es gibt kein schliessen Button und man kann das Fenster auch nicht klein und dezent machen. Auf jeder Seite taucht es ungefragt wieder auf. Einstellungsmöglichkeiten sehr bescheiden.

Hervorragende App. Funktioniert auf allen Endgeräten und im Web 1A. Es ermöglicht eine direkte und schnell Kommunikation zum Kunden.

It is easy & simple to use, but I wish it able to block all spammer/scammers from flocking our inbox.

nice tool for my store to cooperate with customers, it works promptly and clear 24 and 7 thank you, Shopify team, for that!

I had no issues with the app. I ditched facebook chat for this one on all my websites and I have absolutely no regrets!

This app is amazing! Having the chat box option in our online store helps tremendously with automatically answering repetitive questions. We would love it if there was an option to embed URLs, as well as the ability to add images to replies. Hopefully, that upgrade will come soon!

very good. its working as intended and without problems. i will keep using it. the only minus its i get a lot of scamers messaging me i dont know if that because somehow the app has shopify sites listed somewhere or its like this for everyone .

Its nice so far lets see how it will go... When I will have emails from my real customers then I can comment...

There is one annoying problem we'd love Shopify Inbox to fix. When a customer starts a chat with you, Shopify Inbox detects their location and lists it under their name at the top of the chat. eg. (United Kingdom). However, there is no way you can search for that information in Shopify. As an example we had a lot of customers from (United States) contact us and ask when we would be open in USA. Once we were open in USA we went to create a customer segment of all those US enquiries but weren't able to. There is a Search box in Shopify Inbox but it only searches what you or the customer have written in the chat. It doesn't find other customer details like their location. Surely this would be an easy fix? If so, when Shopify Inbox automatically creates a customer card for Chat customers, capture their location too please!!

Genius! Being able to immediately answer someone's question (and then see that they subsequently purchased) because you are able to help them by answering and understanding any questions they had in real-time.
