The inbox used to be easy but for some reason, it's not anymore. I haven't been able to respond to inquiries since June 11th and I have no idea why. I even checked the user permission to see if I gave email permissions to my colleague and there wasn't anything there. So, I don't know what's going on but this has made me and my store look bad. If I can't provide customer support, what's the use of having this thing? I'm very disappointed right now. I won't cancel just yet but do expect this problem to be fixed ASAP. I've never had issues with Shopify in the past and I am confident this problem will be fixed but for now, I have to be honest with my review. It's not a good one at this time. That will change once I see the problem fixed.

Great potential BUT so many flaws that I'm looking for an alternative now.... 1-Like all other reviews, I don't like that profiles are being created when someone enters their email address - I doubt this is even legal (following current privacy/GDPR regulations) 2-The fact that customer have to screenshot an image so I can see what product they're talking about is not practical. The app should be able to automatically "capture" whatever product-page they're contacting me from (other apps do this). 3-I should be able to reply to these people via text (instead of -or as well as - email). I've lost sales because of this. A customer may not see a reply if it's sent to their email inbox, even if I reply within minutes. That email may even end up in their spam folder and I don't have the time to be chasing POTENTIAL-customers individually. Good things: the design is beautiful. Installing the application super easy. The FAQs feature is beautifully designed and so easy to use/customise (the faq-suggestions given are amazing).

I would give absolutely zero stars. the app is good, it works well. but. but the infected news from nigeria, no, enough, nerve wracking. shopify should probably think about their marketing partners as some in Nigeria say because they are fake. I have been watching it for the past month. damage the inbox app and even shopify, sad .... such a huge company. but otherwise the app is good. works fine

Your app creates customer profiles on its own, so when the customer goes to create an account, it says "this email is already in use".And also on resetting password it show their is no account but on login it shows email already exists.

I really like the app, however, I only have 2 requests (improvements) as follows: (01) In the mobile view of my store the app icon covers the shopping cart icon which makes the user experience very uneasy, the user can NOT easily click on the shopping cart, especially as a bilingual (English/Arabic "RTL") website, if I change the icon position from right to left, the same issue will happen in the English website as well, So my recommendation is to add a feature which allows us to disable the icon on the mobile view or change it's positioning at least. --- (02) I would love to manage which page of my website shall have the chat icon, as example I only want to have the chat icon (option) if my customers visit my contact page, not to have it on every page he/she visits on the website. I wish you consider these 2 recommendations in your upcoming update if possible & thanks a lot for this great app

Très bonne application, mais j'ai un problème, sur mon site il y a plusieurs erreurs qui se mette dans la console due à votre application, et ceci nuit un peut au référencement naturel de google car le site pagespeed proposé par google le détecte et réduit en conséquence nos points de référencement sur le site . Je mets 3 étoiles en attendent que les problèmes soient réglés. Sinon bonne application pour centraliser tous les clients, et possibilité d'avoir une application mobile.

Honestly, its a great app. I've tested a few and this one seems the best in terms of functionality, reliability, easy of use, mobile access.... We uninstalled after the meaningly update to button design and PLACEMENT. The new design options are childish and since we cannot adjust distance from corners, we have had to set up other buttons based off where this button lands.. The update not only changed the design but also the placement, now all out buttons are out of wack. Its too much work to go in, every time the developer decided to change thing up, and adjust the other buttons. Also in response to the review where "The app creates customer profiles on its own, so when the customer goes to create an account, it says "this email is already in use".". The developer response is spot on! The customer can click "forgot password", on the login page, to initiate the process of resetting or creating a password

Logs you out whenever you travel overseas (so don't forget your password) - the absolute rubbish we've come to expect from the utterly useless development team at Shopify. Update: since contacting support regarding the issues I have with this app, I have been inundated by spam conversations offering marketing services (none received in the 12 months prior, at least 30 spam conversations received since). Coincidence? I wonder!

Huge potential, but I have to block 30-50 people a day as they're just scammers from weird countries trying to sell you their Shopify services. These scammers then get your social media, phone numbers, email etc and pursue that way too. And it's a lot of hard work to spend most of your day blocking messages, there should be an easy way to filter these out some how, until this gets fixed. Once this issue is fixed, I will re-install the app.
