A great app, especially as it's free. It's missing just one thing that would make it on par with many of the chat systems that charge $$$ Add email piping. So sending an email to a specific email address creates a conversation. This would make this premium, easily.

It seems to be working fine, which is strange considering it is a Shopify-made app. By the way, there is a bug with the official Bundles created using the new official app. In fact, bundles are always showed as not in stock in the chat on buyer side (of course they are not). They appear in stock from admin side, even in Inbox, but not on the chat. That's strange and must be solved asap

Occasionally, specific customers who utilize the contact page find on my website, sometimes their messages are directed solely to my personal email address and consequently do not appear within the Shopify Inbox. This diversion of messages to private email accounts can result in a lack of centralized communication and potential oversight. As a result, there might be a delay in responding to customer inquiries or addressing concerns promptly.

Very good, solid app which fits in well with workflows while keeping bloat to a minimum. My only suggestion is to provide a way to get rid of the fake notification badge which appears even when there's no messages for the customer, which is irritating for users and somewhat of a dark UX pattern. It would be great if it only appeared when there's an actual message for customers.
