Funciona muy bien

This app is extremely helpful and as a result I haved closed some sales that would have otherwise disappeared into the abyss. An essential tool to speak with legitimate customers and I highly recommend it. The only problem I have is much the same as the previous comment. Although I block them NIGERIA is a massive problem on this app. I Often get hit with "so called shopify agents from nigeria trying to solicit business, who have very thick skins and do not take no for an answer no matter how disinterested or unfriendly your response is- in other words scam artists" who badger me from dusk to dawn multiple times a day. I have been driven to responses that are not usually part of my vocabulary. I do appreciate the ability to block them as they pop up but it does not take away the frustration of having to deal with them.

Esta aplicación es excelente para lo que necesito. Me permite tener respuestas a ciertas preguntas, establecer el horario de atención, una conversación fluida con los clientes. Lo que me gusta es que se puede recomendar productos y tener una visión completa del carrito de compras de las ordenes del cliente que escribe.

Es funcional para lo que se necesita. Solo que de repente con las actualizaciones del telefono se desconcecta el chat y puedo contestar hasta que veo la indicación de mensaje por el correo

Love this feature. Very helpful when speaking to customers and cuts down on the number of emails and calls. Also, the auto generated responses (and their suggested ones) have been fantastic. The email feature if not currently available also keeps us "in touch" with the customer offline.

This has worked really well for us and our customers seem happy to interact with it. Sometimes they ask bland questions but that may be to check a human is involved with the support.

Easy to use

Excelente aplicación para gestionar clientes que visitan tu web, aunque se extraña las integraciones con otros servicios de mensajería como Instagram o Whatsapp. Muy recomendable ademas, puesto que permite cerrar ventas a través del chat dado la integración nativa con shopify y todo tu inventario.
