Dhana has been extremely helpful this morning on several fairly complex requirements I had for my store shipping options. I was not sure how to begin trying to get these to work but now our customers shipping options will be clearly shown at checkout with tiered pricing levels which will allow us to ship to new areas, thus increasing orders. I highly recommend this app for all shopify users who are looking for an app that suits their site. I checked many other apps and no one of them were able to apply what I want. Rahul (support advisor) explained the steps very easily for me and was very patient and TOP PROFESSIONAL, created examples and scenarios and didn't leave me until I fully understand how the app works. I also very thankful to (Dhinakar) who was with me to perfectly solve one of the issues that occurred. I'm very lucky to find this app as I was tired searching for a suitable one.
