The Shipeasy team was fast and efficient when setting up shipping rates and listening to the parameters I needed. If it wasn't for them we would not have been able to set such customized shipping rates with Shopify only. Siva from their team has been very helpful!

I just started using this app. The customer service has been very thorough with help from Rahul, and follow-through to completion by Siva. Siva was thorough and took the time to go through many different scenarios and make sure there were no problems. This app allows me to control which products go to different regions. It is the most flexible shipping app I have used so far. Shopify shipping ABSOLUTELY failed me. Do not use it. Fingers-crossed that this will work for my customers.

The app is great and does exactly what is needed. I am able to add custom and complex shipping scenarios to the checkout. The assistance is very good and they are more than happy to assist with any request.

This app has been super beneficial for our more complex shipping rules. I had a support request and was surprised at how incredibly helpful their support team was. Not only did Siva on their support team solve my issue, but they helped educate me further on how to use their app. I recommend anyone getting this app to schedule a zoom meeting and let them show you around because just know all of the features makes a HUGE difference. I deducted 1 star simply because I feel their documentation could have a lot more content. The documentation they have isn't bad it just needs a lot more content since their app is so robust. Thank you Siva and the LogBase team for helping me complete my work WAY FASTER!

Siva offered awesome support. thanks a lot. He was fast, smart, polite and patient. I can recommend the app. Unfortunately multi-location shipping rules have boundaries.

I installed this app and didn't quite feel certain about whether it would meet my needs in creating product & postal code specific rates. For this reason I scheduled a meeting with their Support team which was super easy to do & there were many open times for me to choose from within the day. Speaking with their team I was able to achieve exactly the set up that I needed, they helped to make it very simple, easy and worked with me through it.
