Such a great app - with amazing support from Siva. I was able to do 2 zoom calls with screensharing to get the app set up correctly. He was so helpful and quick to understand what we needed to achieve. What we needed to do was quite complex but Siva found a solution for each scenario. Would highly recommend.

I tried numerous other apps through Shopify and none of which worked for my specific needs until I found this one! I'm now able to offer First Class Mail and Priority mail using live rates. Setup was pretty simple and the support team was ALWAYS available to help with any questions day or night. If you are needing to ship by weight using USPS live rates, this is the app to use, trust me!!
