Siva was unbelievable! So amazingly helpful I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to set up my shipping with multiple different variables to Canada and the U.S. and he was able to do it sooooo quickly. Yeesh saved me hours of headaches and buying a new computer 'cause I would've tossed this one out the window!

I used this app to set up remote area surcharge based on psotal codes within the EU. The set up was a bit complicated but the support was great They where very responsive. There was some issues when setting it up thats why i didn't give 5 stars but the service seems to work well and the support guys fixed the issues as soon as they could.

I am on the trial at the moment and it looks like I will totally be adding the app to all my Shopify storefronts. The customer service is AMAZING. Siva was so helpful and really knew the system.

This is the best shipping rate app and very easy to use at a very reasonable price. You can customize your desired shipping rates in all possible ways. Their customer service is outstanding. They will help you to achieve your desired setting through zoom meetings. Shiva was really helpful and resolved all my queries successfully. He even suggested me one shipping cost calculator app which is also working perfectly with their app. Thank you, Shiva, and the whole app team. I highly recommend this app for all Shopify stores.

Great customer service! Very helpful! One of the best apps out there. I highly recommend. I needed help setting the app and customer service went on a zoom and helped me with exactly what I was having trouble with.

I needed this app to provide accurate shipping rates to different postcodes within UK. It seemed quite complicated at first, but after a Zoom session with Raj and Sudsan it was all set up and working perfectly. Despite the monthly charge it will certainly save me money every month on expensive shipping to certain postcodes. Raj and Sudsan were so helpful and knowledgeable, I would certainly recommend.

I've been using the app for two months now, and I can't thank the team enough for the support that they've done for me. My store has quite a complex shipping structure. The item is huge with complications of shipping to various regions and one significant factor of it being built to order since no variation could be the same. They blew it off the park in terms of how responsive in what kind of solution that they can implement overnight since they said, "Our customers will surely need this if you're encountering this". I'm pleased with this app, coming from someone who set up 10+ Shopify stores in the last two years. The app and customer service are exceptional. We sell planters and plants. Plants are only hand delivered whilst everything else is posted. We needed an app that would recognise that whenever an order has a plant, regardless of what else is being ordered, the whole order would need to be hand delivered. Staff set it all up for us and were accommodating and so patient. Recommend this app!!

I have a large number of varied products in my store and pricing shipping appropriately is extremely complex. The Shipeasy team was amazing getting me set up, despite the fact that I didn't even understand what I wanted/needed in most cases. They are very quick to respond and adjust scenarios to fit my needs. They've also been very patient and accommodating as I figure out how to best use the software, which required them making lots of changes to what I originally requested. The software is quite robust and while I don't find it very intuitive, the Shipeasy team has quickly jumped in and helped whenever I needed it. Highly recommend.

I had a complex shipping situation: 3 suppliers, each with different shipping rates, each with different shipping zones. I discovered the problem on the first day of our first major advertising campaign, we were swamped with visitors from 18 countries! I was lost trying to setup all this in both Shopify and the app, so I reached out to support via chat, they were online, these guys work right up to midnight, their time zone (India). Turns out their app can handle that with no problem. They installed it completely for me. Worked perfectly on first try. Support is excellent but so is personal interaction, they are very polite. The app even resolved a situation I had not foreseen, wonderful!

So impressed - they helped me set up the app through a zoom call and it's fab! The app is able to set up my website as I need - in relation to shipping vs local delivery of only certain products. Very happy so far, and customer service is great too. Thank you!
