Siva was incredibly helpful on our setup call! Much appreciated. This app has provided a very simple percentage-based solution to a shipping calculation issue we were having.

Rahul was a great help with integrating Shipeasy into our Shopify store. The functionality of the app is a lot better than what we have had previously. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to improve their live shipping rates to their customers.

After a half-day effort on making the setting, I was finally told that it cannot work on the store, no shipping rates are shown due to a Shopify tech issue. Actually, it's not a tech problem, it's one of my location/warehouses that hasn't been verified. However, it's still a good shipping app, convenient to use, fast response.

The support has been amazing. I have several options that I need to add to my shipping profile, both small parcel and LTL. The support team has been willing to jump on multiple calls to walk me through this. This has been the easiest solution for the products we offer on our website.

The app is incredibly simple to set up navigate. Complete with a very helpful support team that is always available to answer any questions. This app does everything we need.

Only just getting started with the app so still in testing but so far it all looks good. Mainly leaving this review to highlight how great the support is. Super-fast replies every time and I've just finished a zoom call with Siva who sorted an issue out within minutes for me.
